Experience was good, a lot of space for improvement. It is really short staff, when I checked in it was one lady doing literally everything and the other was a student. She was really doing her best to assist everyone. Place was clean and welcoming. Need more help up in here.

Given previous reviews, I was truly wary about my appointment. But staff were competent, friendly and efficient. Very smooth blood draw (multiple vials). Done in 10 minutes. Thankful.

Came here a few weeks ago to have blood drawn only to be told by my doctor yesterday that Quest never actually processed my lab work so I never received The results. I came back this morning for my appointment only to wait 45 minutes and still not be seen. The whole time I was waiting the receptionist called only one customer back (more than 8 people were waiting) and expressed multiple times that she was confused while shuffling papers around. No wonder my initial lab work got lost. Extremely unprofessional and slow people working. Don’t recommend.

I went to have a simple blood work, and ended up with two massive bruises one in each arm, and no blood work. They blamed me about the incident! I went to another lab and 5 minutes later than this attempt they were able to do my lab work without any bruises. The most experienced lady there was awful! She was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional . I would never going back there, and hope this help other people to avoid this kind of experiences. My arms are still sore, even a day after this.

The phlebotomist I had bruised my arm. Blood squirted everywhere all over my sneakers and hers. She also did not throw away other used needles at her station.

Very poor peoples skills at the front desk. The woman signing people in was rude, inefficient and prone to mistakes
