Carl was patient, professional and proactive to assess our needs through sensitive and thoughtful questions. He wanted to tailor the process to our goals and simply guided us to create what our mother had outlined for her final wishes.

As when my father passed away in 2009, Stanetsky was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and kind with helping when my mother passed away this month. We were not a high paying client, but even so the funeral director and staff couldnt have been kinder or more considerate. These are good, decent, and caring people.
