Easy, clean, well managed group. Everyone seems to be an expert. If they are stumped they will get help and work through the issues with you. Nice people, really care about the medical patients and every other customer too. Nice place to do business.

What could you say that’s negative about NETA? Great place. Easy to get to, no matter from where, really. You won’t be disappointed. Unless you get stuck in a line. You still won’t be disappointed, if you’re impatient like me, you’ll moan and groan. It’s quickly forgotten though.

A little pricey but they are so nice inside, and very proficient at their jobs, even when big line they remain calm and get it done good job guys. Did I mention phenomenal weed????.

Not being local to Brookline, I have only had the pleasure of visiting NETA once. I am pleased with the value of my order so far and respect what I know about their local growing practices.

So convenient: order online & pick up an hour later-even if there’s a line, you’ll zip right through it & the checkout process is super quick, too. However, if you’re looking for more of a boutique experience, where you can dink around & shop & ask questions, you might want to go elsewhere. I mean, the staff is totally friendly & I’m sure they’re happy to answer questions, but I’ve only seen customers quickly walk-in, pay & leave 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every person on the team is friendly and professional but the security people. Not all of them. But they can be rude at times with no sympathy for people especially when giving instructions. But overall is always a good experience on the inside and amazing products w very good pricing too! Lines arent too long nowadays and theyre super organized!!

First things first...their edibles are consistent. Always know what kind of high Im going to get every single time; I like that. On the other hand, though, the edibles have gone down hill after theyve been catering to more recreational patients. They used to have brownies, chocolate nuggets, and candy nuggets. I miss the old NETA!

Nice people inside, small parking lot in back, and not too bad an area for a dispensary. Good selection, though prices tend to be higher than competitors. Price increase associated with pandemic, I assume, as timing was coincidental.

There can be busy times but they are predictable. They have done an excellent job of stream lining the process. Pre order for adult use. Meds can walk right in no wait.

Don’t let the high reviews fool you - for a long time, this was literally the only place to buy legal cannabis, so people got excited. This is the WORST dispensary in Massachusetts. NETA cannabis products are low quality, yet keep a high ticket price, the staff is either clueless or rude, and there are reports of safety oversights (eg: mold). DO NOT BUY HERE - BOYCOTT NETA

Decent dispensary, by East Coast standards.The place used to be a Bank, so not a bad looking showroom. A little ridiculous with the outdoor social distancing...but I did enjoy their Infused Pre-Rolls.They need more potent edibles, if I may say.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, especially for my parents who are newcomers to trying these products! We all felt very safe and well taken care of.

I would say this is probably the dispensary that is most like conducting business at any reputable business. Professional and knowledgeable staff that can help you determine which products are best for you. The convenient location and speedy yet friendly service makes it a quick stop and your out the door with appropriate products for your needs/desires. Prices are average compare to other dispensaries in eastern MA. Have not been disappointed and would certainly recommend for both recreational customers and medical patients.

Picking up an order is super easy and quick!

The bud isn’t bad but the “security” are super unprofessional and really rude. Also the wait time is atrocious. I’m a medical patient who pre ordered and I came right when they opened. The parking lot was already full at 10:10 and I spent 20 minutes inside waiting in line. So overall terrible “security” and be prepared for a ridiculous wait time. But the bud is usually good and the people at the register are really nice and informative. But sometimes people sit there and ask so many questions it holds up the line I feel bad for those guys. But security there is rude

I went today for the first time and accidentally confused myself about the pick up process until I already made the ride out. I spoke to Kim on the phone, as well as two of the security members outside. Each of them made me feel so much better about my mistake and I was assisted promptly. The product is great so far as well. I will absolutely be recommending to anyone who will listen!

Until tonight my experiences with NETA were largely positive. However, a few weeks ago I bought a vape pod and battery. I had never vaped before and was confused about which batteries went with which pods. I asked the woman checking me out if I had gotten the correct battery for the pod I’d purchased and she said yes. However, when I got home, I realized they were not compatible. I emailed customer support and they told me I could just come in for an exchange. Cool. It was a little annoying that the cashier hadn’t caught my mistake, but not a huge deal.Tonight I went in to make the exchange and was told, first by a cashier and then by an incredibly condescending manager, that they could not make the exchange. First they said that they didn’t believe me that their cashier had told me I had gotten the correct battery for the pod I’d purchased, then they completely dismissed their own customer support by saying that they were in error when they told me I could exchange the battery.I recognize I made a mistake on my original order, but their cashier made a (perhaps honest) mistake and then their customer service either lied to me or was completely uninformed. Either way, there are other dispensaries in the area that provide much better customer service, so I’m not going to waste my time or money on NETA.

Super gorgeous inside, well organized, but SO EXPENSIVE. It was also cash only, just a heads up. Probably will not go back due to the prices sadly.

This is second time been there. First time was ok. Today, I’ve never seen so many people so rude. Staff just screaming at the customers. Have no customer care skills at all. We all humans. Shouldn’t treat people like they the dirt you walk on. Def will go elsewhere

Excellent venue - really cool setting. This place is in an old bank building and it is beautiful inside. The decor and architecture of the building is worth a visit.The parking in the surrounding areas is sparse, but there are several nearby lots that accept debit/credit at the parking space and are easy to find within a 500 foot radius.The crowd was heavy when I went but they move folks through there pretty fast. I was in and out in about 30 minutes from the time I parked the car, walked there, stood in line, got served, and got back in the car. BUT...make sure you pre-order online for quick service. If you show up wanting to shop, you may be there a while.Online selection is limited, but sufficient.Selections are about the same price level as other shops in the area. Most shops I went to were about the same.Very cool vibe and really nice people there. I will be back.I picked up a couple 300mg Durban Poison carts, 2 3/4g GTH prerolls, and some (1/8) Golden Lemon flower for $124 plus tax (20%).

It was great. The services are fast. I spent more time finding a place to park than I did inside. I technically was in & out of there for less than 5 minutes . I purchased a product and was satisfied with it. If the manager replies to this I will probably go back it there and capture a video

Great store, but the location sucks for parking. If your ordering from here I would highly suggest getting an Uber/Lyft or have someone drop you off and drive around the block. Otherwise you will certainly be driving up and down the street looking for parking.

Defective products and hostile and deceptive customer service.THEY MAKE IT A POINT TO SCAM OUT OF TOWNERS/PEOPLE WITH OUT OF STATE IDS. Do not come here if you are out of state.I was sold a defective product(a thc pen). I initially waited hours in the sun and kept getting places in the back of the line. When I finally got my product I was only able to hit it 4 times before it began to not work.When I returned to ask about replacing the product they gave me the run around. When I showed the defective pen to one employee they told me it could be replaced and asked me to wait in line. When I got there a tall light skin black guy claiming to be the assistant manager was extremely rude. When I told him my product was defective he stated verbatim “I’m the assistant manager and I don’t have time to deal with this” and tried to rush me out of the line. I believe he was lying because when I stood my ground and told him I bought this product yesterday and it didn’t work as advertised he consulted another employee and offered me a discount on another that they assured me would work. So instead of a replacement or refund they acknowledged it was defective and just tried to flip me for another sale.I talked to the customer service who initially told me I would be eligible for a replacement when I came back . He heard all of this told me yeah some of these are defective and told me to come back to the store to get a refund or replacement. Then in the most unprofessional display I have ever seen, he called me back 20 min later to say he couldn’t give me a refund or replacement but offered me a 10% discount on the same product he just stated I should get a refund over.They are sketchy and there are much more helpful dispensaries in Boston. I told this story to people who work at Sanctuary and other dispensaries in town and they were horrified at this level of crooked business.I was only in Boston for a few days and this was the most sketchy part of my trip. Avoid them at all cost.

There was an employee there who was so rude to me one time. Possibly of Mediterranean/Indian descent, late 20s, completely yelled at me because I was trying to understand what the person I was with was saying but it was so loud and the acoustics in there are terrible.

Great experience starting AFTER you get through security outside, the bud tenders are knowledgeable and professional. They allow you to use debit cards. Highly recommended

The weed isn’t bad, but not worth it for the prices and attitudes received by the employees. The rules and regulations are so strict, you have to pre-order online over a year and a half after the pandemic, and when you do order online you still don’t know what you’re going to get when you show up because they’re constantly running out of the strains that you choose. After waiting on line to buy $420 worth of weed, my guest was screamed at to get off the line because God for bid an extra individual entered the building everyone would’ve gotten Covid. Honestly they’re pretty ridiculous, plenty of other dispensaries to go to. And, quite frankly, I’d still prefer to buy it off the streets for literally 1/3 of the price.

Left me waiting outside in a snowstorm for my order to be ready, i was hopeful theyd expedite things swiftly...not so much. product wasnt bad at all but customer service is lacking. Ill kindly take my business elsewhere. i will say that the was one employe who seemingly took sympathy on me and requested my order be promptly made ready. thanks dude but i was already not planning on returning at that point.

NETA is a wonderful place. It is my teenage fantasy coming to fruition. They offer a wide range of high quality products both for medical and recreational use. Pretty much all your cannabis needs can be fulfilled here. Its located in an old bank building that is really nice, the staff are freindly, they are efficient. The only downside is that it is a little bit expensive, but comparable to other dispensaries. Highly recommend.

Probably the worst customer service of any Boston area dispensary I’ve been to. Last time I went I stood in the medical patient line (where I belong) and was screamed at on the assumption that I wasn’t a medical patient but a recreational one in the wrong line. This happened inside AND outside the dispensary. What a shitshow.

Friendly staff. Have your pickup confirmation message and ID ready. Good selection. Onsite parking is for medical patients only, but there is parking available at Homewood Suites down the road in their garage. Talk to the concierge to have them let you out of the garage for free by showing your NETA receipt.

I go here 3-4x a wk and spend lot of money. I usually love their concentrates. But I got new distal dispenser yesterday. They seem to b cheap and chinsy since broke when tried to use( I followed simple directions to the T). Frustrated I put away for night. I woke up this am and expensive distal leaked out all over my table. Go w wax or shatter. U wont b disappointed. But stay away from new distillate dispensers! Disappointed loyal customer

Best dispensary is Boston hands down. The selection is always fantastic with plenty of sativas on the menu in all forms. Their wax is the best in the state with amazing consistency and potency. Mostly house made products. Prices are some of the best in the state too, especially since they dont separate flower into top shelf etc. And wax is always $50 a gram and its fire. TRY HURRICANE if its on the menu its their master growers favorite strain and mine as well. Enjoy!

Average product but definitely worth using the promotions offered 1st time patients. Very very very hard to hear budtenders. Wearing masks and talking through glass windows is difficult enough so turn the music way down. I will give you all another shot through delivery perhaps but wont return to brookline NETA.

Some of the best shatter Ive found in dispensary locations as far as value goes, however Patriot care has far better shatter. its a bit more expensive. Also waving a plastic lid at people over a container of marijuana doesnt really provide an adequate sent of the flowers they carry at neta that how you get to smell their flowers,this was before pandemic and with a mask hindering the sent even more its pointless

Nice place great customer service even though I had to wait in line for an hour. If you go on a Friday afternoon - order online ahead of time to skip the line. Order at least an hour prior to guarantee it’s ready by afternoon. Friday is their busiest day. Inside of the shop is an old baroque bank w nice carved woodwork and a huge stained glass circular domed ceiling - reminded me of Gringott’s bank from Harry Potter. Read an article that Neta pays over 1 million dollars to local police officers in overtime to guard the stores. There must be a better way than to pay cops that already get paid too much. Maybe staff up your own security guards. Would probably be cheaper and the public would feel safer than seeing more police.

Stay away from this place if you have any paper copies of a medical marijuana card or drivers liscense they will deny you access to your medicine every other dispensaries in The boston area has no issues with paper copies but this place will deny you your medicine ... Go where you are welcomed and treated with respect ..

Easily accessible, lots of product, and some great service and great employees. On the down side, they are notably expensive, have no terpene testing, and have shown they will essentially shut down for a week or run at a super-low capacity rather than tell people that they have had a covid-positive on staff. A decent place as a pot salesman, not a great place if you want to consider it a medical facility. I shop here because its super-local, and they were first. I have no real loyalty to NETA other than that.

There seems to always an issue with ordering online. I can’t even process my order and select a time frame cause the buttons on the website doesn’t work all the time.

Defective products and long lines. I was in line for an hour and even though I was told my wait would be twenty minutes it took an hour before they let me in. Also the vape pen I bought was supposed to last a week, but died after the first day.

This is a really cool location in an old bank, the teller stations are where the budtenders stand. They have a visible upstairs area where the reserve ahead orders are filled and then sent down a slide to the counter. The vault is used for storage but still on display. They prioritize their patients well if you ask me. But this is a very busy location over all. Try to reserve ahead to save yourself time if you know what you are looking for.

Horrible customer service. I had a pickup order for 7:30-8:00 PM. Showed up right at 7:57 only to be turned away because they were apparently closed.Also not to mention. This is an absolute last resort of a place for me to go. Every time I order from here is because I wasn’t able to get an appointment anywhere else. Their product is always dry as sand and overpriced.Horrible customer service and won’t go back.

And of course I found out after the driver left. Pretty shady considering we have to pay first for a mystery package.Q: Would it have been amended if I realised before the driver left?A: NO, probably not.Why: Because its $175 sale for NETA who didnt have the decency to hold up their end/standard. Unfortunately have had many poor experiences with Neta. They do not honor their deals, and their customer service is wishy washy. In my experiences with them, they seem like theyre all about the money and not the patient.

Was with a relative who also suffers from back pain they were in and out in a minute I still havent seen the inside cuz my ID is Old and with the wrong birthday I think I got it the before the week of my next birthday and out Im 10 older than I should be and I didnt want to waste $50 on a typo also with 2 little runners at that point in time, those 2 are now 22 & 23 so halfway did my job as a Dad now to her them on jobs to pay their bills!

Beautiful, restored old bank building that NETA has done an amazing job repurposing. They are seriously amazing at helping first time clients. Even if youve been smoking or vaping for years, you might not have lots of experience with concentrates or edibles for example, or maybe youre new entirely. Although the line can be long, my first time I was encouraged to ignore it and ask all of the questions that I had, and they had incredible suggestions on products to deal with different symptoms and good dosage recommendations. After showing your card twice to get inside (entrance is around back), you can either be1. handed a menu listing what strains of flower, shatter, wax, edibles, etc. they have & wait in line with benches to talk to a cashier, or2. you can look up their menu/current offerings online before and fill out an express sheet when you get there. You can hang out in chairs and couches until they call your name.**You cannot bring anyone who does not have a medical marijuana card or caregiver card.** You can also currently only buy 1/2 oz of flower at a time, although you can get edibles, lotions, etc on top of that.I suggest the Allay pain lotion for anyone who ever suffers from pretty much any kind of physical pain. Putting it on my temples helps head aches, abdomen helps period cramps, neck relieves muscle aching. Its crazy- I had no expectation for it to be such a borderline miracle product. Works on arthritis too!

I would do 5 stars but the lady couldnt add a other pen for whatever reason I was under the limts so i am doing 4 stars...... here is the deal because of Covid-19 everything is ordered online right now you cant just walk in....I placed my order Saturday 2am on the website they only had a pickup time of 7:15-7:30pm Saturday when I got there it was the fastest pickup I ever did everything is on a schedule.. I truly didnt wait anytime at all to get my products

Aside from having some great staff and being in a super convenient location, I dont have much positive to say.

This was my sister and Is first here and the line was separated smoothly and we was only in it for 10 mins. Once in our counter girl ANGIE was the HIGHLIGHT of our VISIT!!! She broke it down about what would help with body pain, insomnia and if we just wanted to have fun. She made sure to let us no that their was a limit between the both of us which really helped us wen it came to variety of things. I would definitely recommend this place and come back just for ANGIE from the Jersey shore!!!...jk

Do not recommend if you are using marijuana medically. I’d give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. I’ve visited NETA for years and it had been great but after my last 5 visits, it’s slowly shown more and more how focused they are solely on profit. They “guarantee” $200 in credit if you spend it in the first 30 days. Went it for it and was explained I could use my credit at my next visit. Just finished driving over an hour to be told that I couldn’t use the credit. I don’t see how that was worth loosing a customer who spends thousands at your store per year and recommends it to all their friends. Definitely will not be returning.

In and out in less than 5 mins! Highly recommended to order online first. Their are two lines outside, one for pickup and one for full service. As seen in the pic, the full service line had at least 70 people while the pickup line had 10-12. I parked in the park parking lot near the river by Brook House condos. It’s 2HR parking and an easy walk from there.
