Be mindful that they do not go in order. Came in on a Sunday as a new patient, and multiple people after me were seen first. I walked up and asked why and was told they see those that are established first. Mind you, they didnt give me paperwork to fill out until 2 people after me were seen. Also, there was one lady who brought her granddaughter who was a new patient and she had to get rude in order for them to remember she was the first one in. I guess new patients dont matter.

Always seen as soon as possible. They really care. With this COVID mess going on they want to treat you the best they can with the increased number of people coming in. They want you to avoid the hospital if they can help it due to this COVID mess.

My daughter went yesterday for flu symptoms (we have a new baby in the house) they didn’t even TEST for the flu. We are going to the ER now due to chest symptoms increasing and fever increasing. They did NOT care now we have a 2nd bill and $40 of what should have been OTC medicine! $100 WASTED HERE! Compassion and knowledge are a necessity in medical care! Retraining in these areas would help!Advice: don’t stop here just go on to ER or McComb! Save money, time, and suffering by avoiding this. She had a male CNP.

While visiting Brookhaven for the weekend, my husband needed to see a doctor. We chose this Urgent Care based on a friends recommendation of its staff. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Would definitely recommend using this facility!
