These people are truly gifted at what they do! Im so thankful for the support and care Ive received here. My life is so much more fulfilling since I started coming here. Please please if your having a hard time call and get in to see Dr. Richardson or one of his wonderful nurse practitioners. Trust me, it will be life changing.

Firstly, my husband has waited for an appointment for over a month. His information was input into the system incorrectly which, then in turn, resulted in an error in setting up the call to chat with the doctor. The receptionist informed him that because he had not logged in two hours before his appointment (which he was unaware of), he would have to reschedule for another 2 weeks out. Also, the doctor was already on his next call - which wouldve given my husband less than 15 minutes to talk about his issues. Totally inexcusable. They obviously dont care about their mental patients well-being, regardless of what their website states. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Dr . Richardson is a ANGEL ON EARTH!!!! I finally found a doctor that really understands me. His staff is the sweetest group of women Ive met. I love and am grateful for Dr. John Richardson.

I have been searching for a perfect place like this one for years!!! I almost started crying when I walked in and everyone that works there was unbelievably sweet! And to add the icing... They really know their stuff! Praise God for this wonderful group!!!!

My daughter was prescribed Prozac within the first 5 minutes of meeting the NP. She’s 11! After 3 weeks she went down hill fast and I could not get them to see her! They never would return my calls and the one time they did they told me to take her off the meds. She tried to commit suicide 2 days later. This place is a joke and should be shut down for negligence

Katherine Flynn is a great psychologist. She has helped me a lot.
