Customer service was great .I must add.. they were very detailed in the instructions that I needed to implement ,for the care of my family member. I thank you for your patience. Its been an educational experience an a true blessing.

My name is RHONDA SCROGGS, to make a long story short. Thrift Home Care of Brookhaven, delivered a hospital bed to my Aunts house, on a Saturday, which I rented myself. Thrift was aware that we were waiting for Hospice to bring a bed just any day. A Mr. Larry, who delivered the bed, stood in her kitchen and told me that if hospice brought the bed within just a few days, that my card would not be charged. But if it was longer than that, it would be charged. Thrift picked up their bed that Tuesday, making it 4 days we used their bed. My card has been charged $303.84 for 4 days use on their hospital bed. And to make the experience even better, The Mr. Larry, who said my card would not be charged for the bed, if it was picked back up within those certain amount of days, today, Tuesday April 26, 2016, now says he did not tell me that. There were 2 other adults in the room with us, other than my dying aunt, who heard what he told us; but when questioned about his memory, he flat out was not honest about the information he gave me about how the charging would be done. My family has done business with Thrift home care for many years. As of today, my opinion of Thrift Care of Brookhaven, any company who would charge someone $303.84 for 4 days rent on any item, is an insult to the integrity of their company, and are not the caring, wonderful people they claim to be. Next time one of your loved ones is suffering on their death bed, be sure to read the ratings on their business practices. My rating is a 0. I wont be doing business with them ever again, and I will tell anyone and everyone I see, just what kind of business they are conducting; and their staff are not honest people.
