When I went to Dr, Fitzgerald, I was quite discouraged by past appts with several specialists. He listens very carefully, there is no pressure of time, he is already aware of your record and is open to trying new tests &medications. He and his staff are excellent !

Asked zero questions and blew me off as quickly as he could to other doctors. The referral he gave me for my primary reason for coming isn’t even accepting new patients. Complete waste of time and money. I’ve never been so frustrated with a visit to a doctor, and this is not an experience that I enjoy or is easy for me. The staff was helpful, but the doctor seemed to just want to churn through appointments as fast as possible with no interest in actually resolution.

I cannot tell you how fortunate I feel to have been referred to Dr Fitzgerald and his amazing staff. He is a compassionate physician who takes time with his patients and allows them to leave with a sense of everything will be alright....we will do whatever we can to fix it and find the answers we need to do so.I can always get an appointment within a very reasonable time frame- usually within 24 hours. Melanie is wonderful at the front desk. Joan is an amazing NP, Dr Kowalski is another plus to the staff and then there is Dr. Fitzgerald. Amazing man with a heart bigger than he is.I would recommend this practice to anyone. You need to talk to them about the great way the practice is run financially but it is the people that make it so special. The affordability factor is just the enormous plus.Lake Country Private Medical is a fabulous practice.Oh, and you will love Kermit the Frog in the reception area!

Dr. Fitzgerald and his team offer a caring and compassionate environment at which patients feel welcome and appreciated. I was excited that Dr. Fitzgerald presented me with an option for some innovative and affordable testing technology --- something that other physicians have not done.
