Worst experience. Front desk staff is so rude. When you entered she give a good response but when you have any question then she show you lots of attitude or not responding properly. I took appointment with Dr. Richard Holobouwicz at 4 o’clock but one day before they called and said he is not available so we can give you one week later or same day 2 o’clock. But when I was in doctor’s room another doctor came.I recommend not to go there.

Appointments are always on time. Staff very friendly and professional. My hygienist was very knowledgeable, respectful and gentle. Love getting my teeth clean!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Called today rude receptionist. Had an absceesed tooth in major pain. Made no effort to fit me in asap. Asked what a ball park figure would be for an extraction. She would not tell me she stated that they would give me an answer once I get there. Made no effort to get me in on an emergency basis either. I cant wait 3 weeks with an absceesed tooth..Wish I would have gotten this rude ladies name. Going else where where they are accomodating..

Their front desk needs a lesson in professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled six months out. I received a text from them three days before the appointment asking me to call them in regards to my appointment. I call them and couldn’t get a real person on the line. Left a message with my info to have them call me and no one ever got back to me. I show up for my appointment and reception says I don’t have an appointment but clearly I did because why would I receive a text saying to call them about my scheduled appointment. The receptionist literally did not care. I asked when I could get in and was greeted with silence. This is how they treat their patients. I went to the Oak Creek location for years and it was amazing. I always seem to have issues with reception at this location. My advice is if you don’t have time to deal with shenanigans go elsewhere. I am.

Several negative experiences! I scheduled a pediatric appoint online, arrived they were unaware and advised there was an issue with their online scheduling system. We were able to be seen. The pediatric provider was AWESOME!Called back to schedule an appointment, they advised they didn’t have a pediatric dentist any longer, and they were unable to advise of a different location.I scheduled another appointment online, received a call the next day asking if I could reschedule with a different provider, as there was an issue with their online schedule system. The provider I selected actually wasn’t available. I rescheduled for almost 2 weeks out with a different provider. 3 days prior to the appointment I received an email to confirm my appointment, which I did. The next day I received a call asking to confirm my appointment, I advised I did so online. Delontae advised there must have been an issue, because they didn’t see I had confirmed, but he would confirm my appointment. The following day (prior to my scheduled appointment) Delontae calls again! This time to ask if I could love my appointment up 30 minutes, I advised this wasn’t feasible and I asked the reason why they wanted to reschedule. He advised they were trying to move up appointments on the Doctor’s schedule. At this point I had enough. I advised to cancel my appointment, due to continued issues. In very condescending tone he responded, sure no problem.This place is a complete joke. Continued issues with their online scheduling system. Receptionists seem completely disconnected! They weren’t able to refer another pediatric provider, and don’t value my time as a customer! Most alarming they have no concern for their short comings. Never once apologized for inconvenience. Avoid this place at all costs!

The hygienist Katharina (Ketti) is great at your Brookfield WI office. I will say excellent on her job skills and how she treats her patients.

I actually look forward to each and every dental appointment. I am treated with much respect and leave having a very positive experience. I always end up learning something new, a tip or two, to help me care for my teeth.

Very bad experience! I went to Forward Dental for cleaning and filling then Dr. Karimuddin accidentally sliced my lip with the polishing tool. I ended up having a trip to an oral surgeon for stitches.
