Lorena takes all the precautions to try and make it a safe environment. Temperature is taken as you enter, she wears a mask and gloves & the customer keeps the mask on as well. Plus she only allows one customer at a time, which is a must for me. Oh yeah she gives great hair cuts.

Lorena has worked on my hair for years! Im talking since I was a child to now. She has done my grammar school banquets,15nera, Prom, special events- hair and makeup. Her skills are amazing and always knows what I would want or would recommend what would look best. Her and her staff are very attentive and courteous and have always provided the best service! I’ve been a customer for 18 years now. It took me a long time to find the person and place where I felt comfortable and confident about the person that would service my hair. It is without doubt that every visit I’ve had I’ve left feeling like a new “renewed” person. I always get compliments for their work and now even carry their busy cards. I was actually there with my son getting his haircut when you came in and asked for the service... no one was rude to you. The place was full of people that had an appointment or just walked in like you did and were waiting patiently for their turn. There was no need for you to point your nationality and make it a race comment. You were rude and us customers that were there saw that. I have known the owner and the ladies that work there for a long time and they are the best and very professional. Next time just stay in New York!!

I’m giving this place a one star because I have to but it deserves none I walked in this place on my stay here in Chicago from New York and have never been treated like these females really didn’t want to attend me they looked at me and looked at each other and kept trying to figure out if they wanted to do my hair they kept talking about appointments they had but hello I’m there I have money and it just was a wash and blow dry I walked in at 11:30 and they wanted me to wait until 2:00 pm now I don’t know for whatever reason it was an issue but this place will never receive my money make sure you’re their same nationality maybe they will attend you better!!! Me I’m 🇵🇷And Proud of it
