The two Ladys that I talked to were awesome &really made my time there was a good experience & the Ladys where real helpfull &verry respectfully i in joked the vist there!!

While they were nice during the visit, we tried to change the order from lined bifocals to progressive lenses. We were told it was too late to change the order as it was sent in this morning.Update: we received a call from them and they are able to work with us on this. So all is well that ends well.

My family comes here and this is the only place I will recommend to anyone. The optical is welcoming and staff friendly. They have gone above and beyond for my family and their prices are reasonable and very affordable. They even have coloring material for kids to keep them occupied. I am beyond happy with the service here and highly recommend to all new patients!

The girl seemed annoyed when she had to put her cell phone down to help a customer, was flat out rude and the place smells like 3rd world country. Took my business elsewhere

After having an exam and buying glasses, I called to ask my pupillary distance a few months later since it wasnt on my prescription and I needed to order new glasses. I was told that while it was in my file, they werent legally required to provide that and I should figure it out myself if I was getting glasses online. Amazing service...

If I could give ZERO I would!!! I walked in and walked out. It smelled disgusting and the lady attitude was horrible. You will never get my business or money I went else where!!!!! She was relaxing with her foot up and unprofessional.

The girl that works there has the worse attitude, you can’t use the restroom and even though you been there before you have to bring your insurance card or they will not take you even if you’re just picking out glasses. I would never go there again

My experience was just ok. I wear progressive lenses. My glasses got smashed while sleeping on the couch. They adjusted my glasses twice and I still cant see to drive and my up close vision is worse. When I was there the 2nd time and the girl couldnt adjust them properly she said then its your prescription.Really!!! My script did not change from sleeping on the couch. She didnt try very hard to adjust them so I could see again. I have to get new glasses because their people dont know how to fix them and wont help me. I asked them to check the measurements and see if they could line the lenses up properly. She would not do it, she insists its my prescription. I went to another place about fixing these. She tried very hard and then said it would be better for me to go back to where I got my glasses from because they can check the measurements. Great I have no insurance and I will have to go somewhere else to get new glasses. Lesson learned. Dont fall asleep with your glasses on. The opticians wont help you. I just hope the next place I go have better trained people and know how to readjust glasses.
