I had a wonderful woman that visited my home when I was in high school. My actual prescribing doctor constantly made me cry and ended up triggering me to hurt myself further. He was the super fat guy that googled antidepressants for teens right in front of you, and then picked them at random until he found one that didnt counteract with your other prescriptions.

I have spent years working as a healthcare professional myself. I felt treated like a criminal when I had to urinate in a cup WITH a staff member inside of the bathroom with me twice. I came there on my own volition for therapy and medication. It took a very long time to be assigned a therapist and my experiences with the crises lines were mixed. I have been a victim of crime and abuse many times over so I was a complex client, and everyone did their best as we are all doing. The person who did my initial assessment was very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me, but I dont remember her following up with me like I thought she would. I called to complain about how long it was taking to even get a therapist (If i remember correctly it was approximately a couple of months or maybe longer and I was completely without supports). Joe was ultimately very responsive but it took several calls to different people. When I did finally get a therapist, she did not seem to understand me or my situation very well at all , and when we met at the library at my request (since I was living with domestic violence and thought it would be a better idea to talk somewhere privately after meeting at the house I was living in at my request, though I did ask her initially to come to the house), she did not reserve a private room for us, but instead met me in an area where others could hear us. We triggered each other, but she was very helpful to me with filling out my paperwork for disability and I liked her on a personal level. The nurse practitioner I saw promised to taper me off the medication I was on to get me through multiple crises (at least for another month which felt terribly inadequate to me in my situation). However, she never ordered me a refill as promised, which was QUITE traumatic for me in my situation. A case manager contacted me, said that she understood what I was going through having gone through something similar herself, and offered me another appointment in a different location, in a rough neighborhood and much farther from home for the refill and but it seemed like it was a very long wait for me in my situation (at least a week if I remember correctly). I was overall unsatisfied with the treatment there, but I am extremely grateful for the help I did get from the nurse practitioner in filling out paperwork for my service animal, as well as the help I got from my therapist in helping me to fill out confusing paperwork, and she was a good listener. Im also very grateful for the benevolent support I got from those on the crisis lines at the time as well as a very kind nurse. Im just not sure why they didnt follow through and follow up with me enough and overall I feel totally misunderstood and like they dont care about me as a person due to the limited follow up and overall experience.

From my experience, extremely bias and side with the mothers POV. Its been over a year since Ive seen my daughter. They told me she was improving, but almost never get back to me and keep me posted on her progress, meanwhile shes acting out in school and my son who is with us more is making honor roll and showing improvement. For my sons care theyve been ok. Theyve helped him more than not going, but once his worker got promoted we got put back on a waiting list to see another, just when he was showing improvement. Currently we are still on a list.

My kids had an assessment done here ordered by myself and the judge for parental alienation syndrome, for that kind of assessment neither parent should be in the room during the assessment. The first lady was great took my son separately then his dad separately then myself separately, when it came to my 11 yr old daughters assessment I was in the room with the lady which was assigned to my son. Robin who supposedly is very experienced in her field took my daughter and her father (the accused) back and was back there no joke 2 hours. So I tried talking to the supervisor which was no help she was trying to get me to sign the assessment which was done incorrectly on my daughter because I was the one paying for it, she even kept sticking up for Robin saying oh he wasnt back there that long with them so I then asked the receptionist who also said it was at least 2 hours . I was satisfied with Eurekas assessment idk the results yet but she performed the assessment correctly, however Robin did not follow protocol and should not be able to get away with that.

REMEMBER: People are much more likely to report negative experiences than positive ones, so just because some people had negative experiences does NOT mean that you will too.

I completed an assessment going on 2.5-3 months ago. I called a week ago to ask how much longer I was going to be waiting if I should seek treatment elsewhere, etc. I was told that I was assigned a worker and they should have called me.Well its been a week now, one email to the main contact site, three phone calls and voicemails and Ive yet to hear anything.Ive now wasted 3 months of my time with the false hope of treatment from this organization.I would suggest people that care about their mental well being and health seek treatment elsewhere due to the lack of care and contact you receive with this joke of a place.

I have been a client for 7 years now. I showed up for my monthly only to be told my worker was no longer employed there. There was no phone call - nothing. I was told to go home without my prescriptions of upmost importance to my health and someone would contact me. I have left voicemails, sent emails and absolutely nothing. It is apparent that clients have no importance to this company. They have known since atleast 3/5 my worker was not there and not a single call. I do not have a boo boo, I have a mental health disorder and have been cast asside. If you need help, do not go through this place.
