I would not recommend this pharmacy. Will never recommend them again. Todd the owner expressed his views loud and clear and so can I. Did consider them part of my family except one particular worker who just wants to argue when he/she was wrong, all other workers are golden except the owner Todd. Used to think they were the best thing since sliced bread until they proved otherwise. Just give them time their true colors shine through eventually. They have a strange way of apologizing and I am just being sure to return the favor. Nice!!!

Dont expect them to deliver unless they have other deliveries in your area. And they only tell you this if you call to see why you didnt get your meds delivered. I was told by Todd, the owner that it would not be worth it to deliver my prescription even though I have been out for 3 days from my blood pressure meds. Also, when they say they will contact your physician, they do but then if its denied they dont bother to tell you why. Even though the physician stated that I needed to make an appointment. Very frustrating & they do not care if you are dizzy & cant drive. Do not recommend

I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and hands-down it is the best pharmacy! They have never been rude or treated me like I was any kind of inconvenience like you get from pharmacies such as CVS and Walmart. If you’re reading this review looking for a pharmacy please give them a try as I’ve gone through a few myself and have finally found one I call home, where they know me by name.

First time using this pharmacy. So far they are awesome! Only got a few of the prescriptions I needed but its because my former Pharmacy hasnt finished transferring my scripts to them yet. Just finished comparing prices - BAFD costs were about 1/2 what my old pharmacy was charging and they were the least expensive of all others at the time! Thank you BA Family Drug!

It is a wonderful, family run store. The staff is always willing to assist with any questions you may have. They are quick to fill prescriptions and assist with any information you might need. As well they have a variety of medical supplies and tools to assist with a multitude of sicknesses, injuries, and health related needs. They also have delicious cookies!

I came in for my husband who is in need of a cane and everyone was amazing! Ryan came out and made us feel so welcome. We will be moving to this pharmacy from now on!

Employees have always been very helpful, provided quick service, and so friendly! You can’t find this kind of service anywhere else!! At my last visit, they noticed there was a way I could save money on my prescription through the manufacturer. They helped me sign up in minutes and I walked out spending less money than expected!!! Just awesome!

Recently moved to Broken Arrow and decided to try Broken Arrow Family Drug and extremely happy that I did. They are polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. Everytime I go in they have a smile on their face.

Great local pharmacy. This pharmacy even delivers to your house. The staff is so friendly and does everything they can to find ways to save you money in your prescriptions. Im so glad that I switched to Broken Arrow family drug. They treat my family and I like family.

I rented a wheelchair for my father-in-law while we had one on order from an online store. The chair was delayed from the manufacturer for two months and we had to rent a wheel chair for way longer than we had expected to. When my husband returned it, they only charged him for one month. It was a blessing to us because we didnt have a lot of money. They were helpful, kind and wonderful people.

Definitely feels like a small town drug store when you walk in this place , if you are currently using a Big Box store Pharmacy where you are treated like a number you really should try B.A. Family Drug where you will be treated like family , the way it should be ..

Employees are always helpful. I started using this Pharmacy when I had my second baby so I could use their drive through to get our prescriptions and Im glad I did. I dont fill many prescriptions but when I do they are always fast and friendly.

So happy to have found this local hometown pharmacy willing to help fill my prescription by contacting my Drs office to verify the change in quantity and then filing with my insurance. Whereas CVS was giving me the run around and incorrect reason why it could not be filled as written by my doc. The pharmacist and the new intern were so pleasant and willing to listen to me. Handled quickly as well! I am having them transfer all my prescriptions from CVS to their store for future refills.(So glad my pain management dr office advised me to use local mom and pop type pharmacy store and get away from the big box chains not willing to take the time to do their jobs properly.) Just making the right phone calls for customers was all that was needed!!

I contacted this pharmacy today, which I have never used, to find out the manufacturer they use for a generic medication I take, since the one I take right now is horrible. They were very rude in saying they cannot tell me that information. If I am going to be giving you my money then I would like to know the exact product I would be purchasing.

After an AWFUL experience with Walgreens, I was treated as a human being by the wonderful people at Broken Arrow Family Drug. Thank you so much for treating me like a person and your reasonable prices.

If I walk in to turn in Rxs, theyre always ready within 5 mins. They all know you by name and they have a wonderful and very comfortable atmosphere.

They are extremely helpful and they have a great selection of the things that other pharmacies dont carry like bandages and braces.

Never been to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription and leave feeling like I did something wrong, well this place will make you feel like that if you get your prescription sent to the wrong one. Taking my business elsewhere.
