I love this gym! Always clean, plenty of equipment so its never too crowded. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Me and my son have been members for 3 years and were not going anywhere else for the for the foreseeable future.

So far so good!!!!! equipment is in Good shape, a little pricey but it works for me. It is a smaller Gym but I’m ok with that. Management is professional.

Part of having a great gym is having great communication channels between the customers and the staff and/or management. This place seems to believe that only having good facilities is going to make them successful and beat out the 10 gyms and planet fitnesses. Returning phone calls, returning emails, and taking the time and making the effort to communicate with or to get back with the customers who took the time to do the same should be this gyms top priority right now, since they do everything else, except this, correctly. My advice to this location, quit being lazy and do every part of your job. This includes customer service and returning calls and or communicating back with customers. Other than this, this is a good gym. However, I will not amend my rating until I see improvement here.

Moved from Broken Arrow to Las Vegas recently and I HATED the Anytime Fitness out there. This one is a different story entirely though. Clean, organized and all of the equipment is kept in stellar condition. Would recommend this place to anybody.

I started getting random “service fees“ after going here a couple months and when I brought it to management’s attention, they acted like I was making it up. Not a lot of variety in machines and it’s kind of a cramped gym.

Great gym, never packed and good equipment. Im not sure about the people with contract complaints, as the one I originally signed up with I just paid cash upfront.

Wow, you have to spend major bucks for less services then the other place, and you still need a contract. The only thing this place has going for it is a good facility and late hours.

Treadmills are unbalanced. It messed up my workout.

What a waste of time. It said 24hrs and I have been a member for years and this is the first place Ive ever been too that you cant get in!

My go to gym. Can do my own thing, adequate equipment and space to workout anytime of day or night.

Walked in just to chrck the gym out. And its extremely clean. Not huge but not packed. Ive worked out at every major gym jn tulsa. And this has been byfar the most impressive. A gentle man by the name of Jared happily let me try the gym out and was very courteous and helpful. Im definitely getting a membership here. Im a person that is taken back by customer service and business cleanliness. Which is what had been shown greatly here.

Not crowded, nice staff, clean, everything you need for a great workout, and open 24/7. Only downfall is the year contract.

I ended up having a knee injury and required surgery. I was told by the gym if I had a doctors letter, I would be released from my contract. I turned in the statement from my doctor, and told by the manager it would be taken care of. It wasnt. I called corporate and sent them a copy of the doctors letter, and still to this day, over a year later they send me bills and there are marks now against my credit from them.

The staff lied!I called to come by and check it out and the guy said he would be there for the next few hours.When I got there the door was locked and I called multiple times with no answer. I stood outside like an idiot trying to get in and no staff was there... this was 5 min ago at 11:50am

Tried to contact this store multiple times and different ways (called multiple times, left a message, emailed) still no response.

They will never call you back and are there about 10% of the time.

Unstaffed on Sundays, otherwise good gym.
