The first visit my wife had with Dr. Dalton was exceptionable. He was thorough and down to earth when explaining my wifes X-rays. Base on his examination and the haste to have MRI performed. He made an effort to arrange an MRI with a local lab to avoid a trip to the hospital. Dr. Dalton also took the time to call after hours to check on my wife. I was so grateful for his call. Also, I like to praise nurse Melissa for her willingness to provide my wifes current medical records. I want to credit Dr. Dalton and the staff for pointing out a significant element that the specialist overlooked.

Dr. Dalton is the best medical provider. He is always thorough and explains things very well.

Had to go in for a Glucose Lab. They told me the lab was free of charge and I was okay to go back to the Lab area. They did the Lab and everything was fine. They called me the next day saying I needed to schedule an appointment so they could talk to me about the results. So I did. Apon arrival for the appointment They charged me a 20$ copay just so the doctor could say Hi and hand me two pieces of paper. Both of which with basic info that could be found online. Dont understand why they couldnt tell me over the phone. Or why I waited 2 hours for a 1 minutes interaction that cost 20 bucks.

Doctor Dalton treats my family. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Treats all of us with respect and tells it like it is. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr Dalton for almost 20 years. All the adults in my family use FMA and Dr Dalton. I have serious chronic illness and I have seen several Internists, Dr Dalton is more thorough than any other doctor I have seen. I feel safe knowing he is in charge of my medical team and that he is in regular contact with my specialists. He is a compassionate, very meticulous,dedicated and the FMA team is always available. I TRUST Dr Dalton with my life and I recommend him to anyone!

Outstanding Doctor. He doesnt play around when you have problems. He does tests to see then acts.

Horrible! The finance office told me since I didn’t have the money to pay my co-payment (when I wasn’t informed of a co-payment when I arrived & my insurance card says that my co-payments are $0) then I won’t have the money to pay for Tamiflu & took my prescription when I have the flu. Just because I didn’t have a card on me, doesn’t mean that I don’t have the money to pay for my medication. The worst customer service I have ever received. Find another doctor! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS MONEY HUNGRY FACILITY!

All I went in for was a wellness check that was free with my insurance. They charged me a copay anyways and still billed me saying my insurance didnt pay. We were warned this place was money hungry doing extra unneeded tests but wanted to find out for ourselves. All I needed was my blood pressure meds and they would only do a month to month wanting more tests every time. My sister went here and when she was getting tests ran one of the nurses informed her that this place is all about the money and dont care about the patient. He had my sister run a sleep apnea test ran twice because when the results came back she didnt have it it didnt believe it. Upon going to another dr she found out he kept running wasted tests and charging. . Not happy at all with this place.

Do not go to this Doctor. They are willing to lie to any extent to get money on diagnostics that are not needed .I ended up not doing my annual physical for which I had taken a day off from work .

Dr. Dalton and his entire staff are fantastic!! Dr. Dalton took time to listen to all my concerns and when I left I knew I would be taken care of.
