Xpress Wellness vitural appointments will change the entire game going forward (especially for self-pay patients). I set an appointment at 8am and had a prescription by noon. My virtual practitioner Tamara Grabeal was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with me after about 5 minutes of me telling her my symptoms. This was an amazing experience.If you guys ever need me to do any kind of testimonies (be it video or written) I will do so free of charge; thats how great the service was that I received.

Fast and friendly. You can fill out your paperwork through your phone so youre touching things less. You can wait inside or out in your car. Theyll even text you when its your turn to see the doctor if you choose to wait outside. The wait wasnt long and our prescriptions were already ready for pick up when we arrived at our pharmacy. They accept most insurance and private pay if you dont have insurance and you dont need an appointment.

Super courteous and caring staff! As the mother of a special needs child, finding medical care can be a struggle and going to a new urgent care often very stressful. The entire staff was so helpful, caring and accommodating with my daughter. I can not thank them enough for their professional care!

Beware the billing system is horrid. They send a simple email without any details. Charging your bank account a large sum without options of a payment plan. Low incomers or anyone who doesnt wanna lost hundred or more dollars on a random day should not go here unless absolutely necessary. Just find a PCP; better health advice and services with options of payment.

We brought our daughter here because it was a weekend and she had a 101.5 fever, was vomiting a lot, couldn’t stop coughing, and had pain in her ears. We described her symptoms and they tested her for Covid and Strep and both were negative. We requested a flu test and were denied. They didn’t look in her ears or check anything else out. Just said she was negative for those two so move along. When checking her discharge paperwork they didn’t even have her symptoms listed correctly from what we told them.We got my daughter into her primary care doctor two days later and discovered she had a double ear infection, bronchitis, and a viral infection. After five days of being very sick we finally had answers and a plan of treatment.We will never use this urgent care again. We’ve used others in the past and had good experiences, but went here because of insurance change and location. We’ll go elsewhere next time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When we came in there was nobody at the desk so we had to just stand there for about 5 minutes. After she got our information we sat in the waiting room for about 30minutes *keep in mind they were not busy they had maybe two other people there* When they called my boyfriend back they said that only he could come back and I had to stay in the waiting room. When he got back there he sat back there for 30 plus minutes. At this point we had been here for over an hour and the doctor hadn’t even come in to see him. When the doctor finally came into the room he was in a rush and didn’t seem to care about the additional information my boyfriend was trying to give him to resolve the problem he was having. Then a gist of what he said was, oh you’ll be fine drink some water and let it happen…. We waited for over an hour and he was in the room for no more than 4-5 minutes. Next time I’ll just ask Google…

Do NOT go here!!!!! Reception is horrid. First they don’t care that the website and phone message says that they open at 8 am yet they now open at 9 am. Nor do they say that they are appointment only. Nor are they apologetic or willing to correct the communication. No care at all for patients.

I didn’t have an appointment for a COVID test but they took me in after a very short wait and on a Labor Day weekend. I was told I was negative within a half hour. Great and fast service.

VERY UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Went in because my son was having breathing issues. The woman at the front desk was INCREDIBLY RUDE! When I walked up she threw a mask at me without saying anything. I finally said, “he needs to see someone due to his breathing” she mumbled something to me so I asked her to repeat it and she said very rudely and with an attitude “DATE OF BIRTH?” Patients are coming to your facility for help. They don’t need to be treated like that by the very first person they come in contact with in your building. Very unprofessional. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t be the face of the business. THEN the PA-C that saw him was unfriendly as well. Asked me when it started. Telling the whole story so she’s aware of the severity, I told her this is the third year-only happens when ragweed is very high and before I could finish she says “when. Did. This. Start?” She must’ve realized how rude she was because she changed her demeanor quickly but still acted like we were just wasting her time with him being there because of shortness of breath caused by allergies. This place has really gone down hill since it was MedNow. My friends and family will be sure to NEVER visit this specific place again.

Help me with everything needed and went above and beyond truly if something didn’t work right they’d go and get a new one so they know everything that happens is super fast I came in at 5:15pm as a walk in and still managed to leave before 7pm

There was one nurse that genuinely cared (Kimberly), everyone else was either useless or rude. They wasted a week, while Ive been nauseous, dehydrated, and feverish, running me through hoops to get simple lab work done because the staff cant seem to communicate with each other, they gave me the wrong vials for tests I needed, Preston only put in one order out of the three (which delayed things even more) which I wouldnt have known if I hadnt called to check-in since they never followed-up with me on my test results. The staff kept blaming each other for the delays and mistakes, the whole experience was completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Ive been coming here for the last few years but never will again. Now Ive got to go to the hospital and pray something hasnt been seriously wrong with me while Ive been running around in circles with this clinic.

Ever since Xpress Welness took over this place has been a mess. Even if you make a reservation and have confirmation it does not get to them sometimes. Waste of time and unorganized. There are many other choices to take care of my health.

Dont waste time making an appointment, they do not see you when its your appointment time. We have been here for hours all rooms are full and one doctor. When we ask why they make appointment the nurse was hateful and said I can just go get someone else out of the waiting room. WOW never again Ill try the new one MedWise Urgent Care

Made appt online. Got there before was prepared to wait a bit as always no big deal. I get there and 4 people that showed up after me were seen first. I walk up to counter and they said you’re up next. I go in just to sit in room for another hour. I finally went up to counter and asked for money back. Ridiculous. I recommend MedWise over this place.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I had a case of acute anaphylaxis on April 14. 2021 and went to this place. Of course, I had no idea what was going on with me since I had never experienced it before. I could barely walk when I arrived and the receptionist sounded annoyed and told me there were at least three people ahead of me. No offer of help whatsoever. I stumbled out of their lobby with no help, went to the ER where I collapsed in the lobby. I was told by the ER physician that another thirty minutes could very probably have killed me due to how bad my reaction was. I would only recommend this place for people that really deserve to die as their lack of dedication could actually result in that.

I will NEVER come here again. They saved my credit card on file without my permission and then charged it without informing me AND never even sent me a bill so I could know what I was getting charged for...very unprofessional

I will no longer go to any of the MedNow Urgent Care/ Express Wellness Urgent Care Facilitys. I am supposedly signed up for the 35.00 a month insurance program, however the last time I went there, (because I was having incredible pains,) they would not treat me unless I signed a contract stating I would now pay them 135.00 dollars for my visit! I explain that I am on their 35.00 insurance payment plan, and the receptionist would not allow me access to a Nurse Practitioner unless I agreed to pay 135.00. If their Insurance or Billing Policys have changed. I should have been told this up front, before sitting in pain for more than an hour outside of the building. After being turned away for treatment when I explained I didnt have 135.00 in my account, by the 503 S Aspen location the receptionist had the nerve to text me I hope you fell better. No I will not be returning to MedNow Urgent Care/ Xpress Wellness Urgent Care!

I have been advised by TWO ER physicians to NEVER go back to EPRESS WELLNESS! I am a pediatric nurse and began coughing April 1st 2021, I was tested for Covid thru my job with negative results. On April 29th I was seen by Christy Cooksay at EPRESS WELLNESS in BA, Christy Cooksay took time to listen to my complaints, ordered proper testing and treated me with medication. I was told to return to clinic if symptoms worsen or go to ER. Thank you, Christy Cooksay for properly doing your job and being kind.** THIS PART NEEDS TO BE READ **I returned to EXPRESS WELLNESS yesterday evening because I was short of breath, dizzy and my chest was hurting. I have been coughing for 5-6 weeks, I have been on meds, steroids cough syrup with no relief. I returned to clinic and was “seen” by DEBORAH JOHNSON on 5/7/21 . BIG MISTAKE- almost deadly!The two intake nurses were more concerned about me, they asked more questions and they were both very sweet. When DEBORAH JOHNSON came in the exam room she said she saw that I was in last week and asked if I completed my medications prescribed by Christy Cooksay, I told her I was almost done but my symptoms were getting worse and that I was returning because of chest pain, shortness of breath and that I was dizzy, DEBORAH JOHNSON put her stethoscope on the left side of my back twice and told me to take a deep breath in, when I told her I was struggling and it was difficult to breath she got frustrated and put the stethoscope on my front left chest and told me again to take a deep breath in, and on that second listen I absolutely could not get a deep breath and she pulled that stethoscope away and said “just finish your meds that were prescribed”!!I was sitting on the exam room table and I had to put my right foot on the floor to keep myself from falling, DEBORAH JOHNSON did nothing! I asked for an ECG and chest X-ray, Deborah Johnson denied the ECG and chest X-ray and told me the visit was over. I barely remember driving home from that visit at EXPRESS WELLNESS with DEBORAH JOHNSON, when I got home I collapsed and my husband called an ambulance. I was in the hospital all night getting test ran and treated for a serious condition that was discovered by true doctors in the ER. The treating physician asked which urgent care I went to, I told him and he said if I were his wife or daughter he would never let me even pull into the parking lot of EXPRESS WELLNESS! He was beside himself that an ambulance wasn’t called for me when I was seen at EXPRESS WELLNESS and the fact that I am a 40 yr old female complaining of chest pain, shortness of breath and dizziness and I was told to finish the last 2-3 pills of my antibiotics that were prescribed to me a week prior. When I was released this morning and got home I started to read the medical summary / discharge summary that was given to me at EXPRESS WELLNESS by DEBORAH JOHNSON yesterday.Also, I am a pediatric nurse and a pt that I was treating, in close contact with tested positive for Covid, I told DEBORAH JOHNSON that I was really concerned that I was having difficulty breathing and now I have been exposed to Covid.. DEBORAH JOHNSONS response“I can’t treat someone coughing on you”.In my medical summary DEBORAH JOHNSON wrote that I denied close contact with a Covid positive pt, and my chief complaint was a COUGH !No DEBORAH JOHNSON, you are wrong.. my chief complaint was shortness of breath, chest pain and dizziness’. Scary part, there was a diagnosis on theback page of the discharge summ, DEBORAH JOHNSON diagnosed me with , and never told me! I never heard the word Come from DEBORAH JOHNSONs mouth. With this diagnosis if you experience shortness of breath you are advised to call 911 or go to ER. This diagnosis would have been great to know about, DEBORAH JOHNSON. I called XPRRSS WELLNESS this morning to talk to an office manager and I was told MARY or APRIL would call me, never heard from them! When I called back this afternoon to ask if I was going to get a call from MARY or APRIL I was laughed at by the girl answering the phone.

Very bad service super slow late almost 3 hours for a consultation

So came in for a employment drug screening. There are no cars in the lot and just me in here. Its been an hour. Are the inventing medicine back there?

Went yesterday and got told they stopped taking anyone after 6:30pm so I showed up at 4pm the next day and got told they only do appointment, so instead of trying to figure out if I have covid they kept giving me the loop, dont recommend!!!

The people are very friendly but the last time I was there they did a terrible tape job and its pulling my skin like crazy so I cant sleep! It is supposed to be water proof so I can shower but I pointed out a hole and she said Ill just tape it. Doesnt make me confident that I can shower without it leaking. Really think they need better training for bandaging!

Naa these ladies who are working the front desk on MLK day were overwhelmed. No courtesy whatsoever, stood in line for 10 mins no hi no nothing. I left! Never coming back to the Aspen location. I Went to Catoosa MEDNOW much better friendlier crew. Seen in 20 mins!!

EDIT: a couple was sitting across from me, coughing all over and not wearing masks, they were there for Covid tests. They were called back and nothing was cleaned or sanitized before other people came in and sat in the same chairs.I followed up after a car wreck and could hear the doctor talking about how “I can’t help her” “we are fragile humans of course you hurt”, outside of the room, my car wreck (totaled, ambulance, injury) was then compared to a ROLLER SKATING KNEE SCRAPE by said “doctor”. Apparently the pain I was in after a car wreck was not enough to be taken seriously. Keisha, something was the doctors name. I’ve always had great experiences here but after the last I will not return. Also, numerous people in the lobby for Covid tests were not asked to wear a mask. And no surfaces were cleaned between use.

Got there at 10:30ish. Was called to the back at 12. At 12:40 after not seeing anyone I stuck my head out just to make sure I hadnt been forgotten. Nurse said theyre are just busy, I said ok no problem. Finally I heard Dr Cody outside the and I heard him make a remark about making me wait longer and the nurse laughed. When he came in he had no interest in diagnosing what was going on with me. $50 copay and little over 2 hours later just to be told get Mucinex. Complete waste. May want to try another urgent care. But dont take my word for please go see for yourself.

She noticed the swelling on my ankle before we even got to the exam room and inquired about it. She seemed genuinely interested and concerned! Very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable.++The nurse practitioner who examined my ankle problem also made me feel comfortable and was interested in my issue personally. She listened to me rather than simply hearing me. My visit was a pleasure in spite of the reason that took me there! This was the 3rd time Ive had to go to MedNow in Broken Arrow. Every visit has been just as excellent as it was this time... which tells me that this care, both medically and personally, is consistent from day to day!Im glad for this opportunity to share this positive and happy review!

I could not be happier with the service that I received at Urgent Care! Mrs. Connie helped me and she went above and beyond. I didn’t have to wait a long period of time and she was extremely professional. I had considered going to the ER but a girlfriend of mine referred to me to Urgent Care. Such an awful experience. The receptionist was rude. After being called back I was in a room for over an hour before seeing the provider. At one point the provider came in and looked at me confused and said sorry wrong room then walked back out. Once I was seen and explained my symptoms, I was told there was basically not much they could do.

Friendly and competent staff. Efficient and not too long of a wait at all. Clean and pleasant facility. I was dreading having to go to urgent care because of wait times, but they offer an appointment booking option online that puts you ahead of walk-ins.

I have visited the mednow in catoosa several times but that location was closed on Sunday so I scheduled a visit at broken arrow and wasn’t disappointed in their service to the patient. I was immediately brought in and placed in a room. I was visited by a friendly nurse and was seen by a friendly physician who listened and responded to my questions. I was able to leave in a reasonable time frame and would definitely recommend this facility to others!

I was in and out rather quickly. The doctor cared about what was going on vs not seeming to care. Would go here again.

Been here a few times and had a great experience every time. Will continue to use this as my after hours care location for the foreseeable future. Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, and the doctors are great even with how hectic I can imagine theyre jobs can be. Keep up the great work!

3 Hours for a DOT Physical. Asked up front about a DHS form I needed signed off on. Instead of finding out up front for me, they waited til I had waited 3 hours and paid them to tell me that I will now have to go get a second physical somewhere else, when I could have done that to begin with and gotten both from same person. Highly unethical. I cant imagine a reason why Ill be back

From 75 to 95 dollars for a DOT physical come on guys.

Every time I’ve gone to Med Now, They Help me in one visit, they get to the problem and give you a solution! They are also extremely fair in cost! So glad they are there! I Trust them!

I absolutely love this clinic. Not only are they polite and have fast service they actually see you in person and make sure they address all of your concerns.

Scheduled appointment online. Checked in and they got us back in less than 10 min and the doctor came back in less than 10 minutes. We were in and out of there no longer than 30 minutes! Everyone was very friendly, doctors and nurses very educated. This is one place I always take my daughter if she is sick and I can’t get her into her doc office that same day.

This is an awesome group of doctors, nurses and front office staff. My 3-year-old daughter got something caught in her nose, and we didnt want to go to the E.R. MedNOW closes their doors at 8pm. We arrived at 7:40pm and they were willing to see us...EVEN though it meant staying after hours. We were in and out in an hour. The staff was caring and willing to do everything in their power to meet the need of my little girl. You guys will have a repeat customer in the future. Thank you so much. Cant recommend this place enough.

Amazing staff! I took my 10 month old in and everyone was so nice and professional. We were greeted immediately by Jessica. She reassured us that we would be taken care of, and we were! Dr. Cody was so gentle with my baby and got us right in and right out. We will absolutely use them for any future care needs.

Terrible experience. Facility was supposed to be in-network, but price was higher. Not a single person there when we arrived, yet we waited over an hour. Staff was inept with insurance filing/using their own computers and printers. Worst of all, was the physician who treated my 22 month old son. He made recommendations that went against current American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations and current consensus of care for uncircumcised toddlers. Clearly he needs a refresher for current pediatric health guidelines. Sadly, he is also the medical director for the clinic. BEWARE.

They charged me $79 for being in there for 20 mins and they didn’t tell me how much I’d be paying until I was done. I want my money back or at least half. They gave me a prescription for allergies for anxiety medicine. They rushed me in and rushed me out. They didn’t seem like they cared about anything that I told them. I feel neglected and it made me feel worse. Especially because they didn’t tell me my charges until I was done. Never coming back here.

I visited MedNOW twice in December, I was treated for bronchitis. The staff was very friendly and professional. I didnt have to sit in the waiting room too long even though they were very busy and it is flu season. Having not felt well for almost a month, I felt vulnerable and emotional and I felt like everyone cared for my well being. I will definitely go back to MedNOW. Thank you so much!

It was a pleasant experience. I went in for an upset stomach that was lingering longer than I wanted to with some other not-so-fun side effects. The Doc that saw me heard my case out and gave me the necessary meds, no muss no fuss. Everyone was courteous and wished me well on the way out. Definitely my go-to urgent care now.

I saw Kisha this morning for the first time visiting this Med Now. She is amazing. She listened to every concern I had, and she took into account what other doctors had prescribed-what worked and what didn’t. I was in and out in less than an hour, and she immediately sent all of the prescriptions. I appreciate her kindness and concern when felt terrible. I will definitely go back because of her. The nursing and front desk ladies were also very kind.

We have been here for about an hour and a half waiting on a sports physical. We there was only 1 person in front of us. When I asked they said they had emergencies come in but yet no other people are here. Im sitting here listening to them pick lunch this place is the worst.

Ive avoided going to the doctor for a long time because I dread sitting there forever. I came in and it was already full. I expected to be waiting for at least an hour or longer but it was maybe 30 minutes. Then everything went very quickly and the doctor apologized multiple times for the wait even though it wasnt long at all. I will never go to a different urgent care again. They deserve 5 stars.

I waited over an hour to find out I had the flu, I paid double what they initially quoted me, and when I finally made it to my pharmacy I found they had never called in the Tamiflu I needed. Terrible experience all around.Edit to respond to the owner: The prescription was never sent in at all. I can understand a long wait time, but being charged double what I was quoted and my medicine never being sent in is irresponsible and unacceptable. I even called back the next day and the person I talked to did not believe me and took no accountability. Not a good way to run a business.

We really liked the PA we saw. She was very courteous and tried helping my husband with the problem. The only thing was the length of time it took to see her. I did an online appointment for 9:30 and it was confirmed. It was 10:20 before we were taken to an exam room. The PA was in within 5 minutes after that.

Costs me $25 more out of pocket to come to this particular urgent care but worth it. The staff at this location is wonderful.

Online scheduling is very easy and I was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes. The doctor prescribed medicines which seem to have worked well. Very satisfied.

My entire family goes here for minor emergency care. I had a corneal ulcer last year they took care of me wonderfully, referring me to the best eye doctor in Tulsa. Also my 10yr old son can even be seen on Soonercare/Medicare. My husband had a work injury to his knees, and they were also able to take care of his Workmans comp injurys. I recommend this urgent care!

Ive been here a few time now and every time is a pleasant experience. Very clean and organized. The doctors and staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

Have used this location on several different occasions for myself and my children. Staff have always been relatively friendly and professional. The wait times have typically been longer than I would prefer but once they started using Solv for patient check-in that part of the experience has improved because I can check in from home and know where I am in line.

I came in and as soon I told them I smoked pot they immediately told me I had Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS) and gave me anti nausea pills and told me in 3 days it will go away if I stop smoking. Definitely was a moral judgement because I’ve been to two other doctors since and have been actually TESTED and found out I have Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (RMSF) which is VERY different. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS AND NEWS OUTLETS AND THE CDC NEEDS TO KNOW THEY ARE LETTING PEOPLE WITH COVID SYMPTOMS INSIDE THE BUILDING TO BE TESTED ALONG WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE FOR OTHER REASONS AND ARE AT RISK. HOW THIS PLACE IS ABLE TO STAY OPEN IS BEYOND ME. MANY LAWSUITS ON THE WAY IM SURE.

This office has the friendliest staff! They genuinely care about the patients and I wasnt even able to feel the shot they gave me! Kudos because I do not like shots or anything to do with needles.

Our family has visited this clinic on multiple occasions. Each time the staff was courteous, thorough and for an urgent care they are pretty quick. Thank you front office, back office and physicians, I know its not ideal to work after hours or weekends, we appreciate you!

Let me just say, that there are two sides to the MedNow clinic: urgent care and family medicine. The staff at Urgent Care was great especially when I needed an inhaler asap because the family medicine side had not sent my meds over. They really worked with me to get that inhaler as soon as they could despite not being able to access my file from the family medicine side. I would give them five stars and their customer service is spot on because they understood my frustration.However, the reason for the two stars is because there is no way to complain about the family medicine side since it’s treated as one unit online. I went in for a checkup to get a refill for my inhaler after calling a week before when I was getting low for an inhaler. Called the pharmacist and nothing had been sent, but I still had a few puffs left so not a big deal. Go in for the checkup and refill since I’m at 0 and say more than twice I need the refill to happen today. The nurse assured me that it will be sent out. It wasn’t. I was wheezing that night and having a hard time breathing and calling the pharmacist to see if it had been sent over. Once again it had not, if not for the Urgent Care side I would have had an asthma attack that would have been completely avoidable if my medication had been filled. When I called to complain and also inform them that I was not going to come back because of this the nurse was very dismissive about it, blaming a computer glitch (but for both times, even after my pharmacists sent you a physical fax to fill the order...I don’t believe it). And she never tried to send it again or be apologetic. I liked my doctor and I liked the rest of the staff but I can’t stay at a place that takes it’s time filling meds that I need after assuring me they will be filled that day. Now I have to go find a new doctor and build a rapport with that one because of it.

My family loves this office. Over the past several years, my kids have seen both Dr Hill and Dr Miller, as well as two different nurse practitioners. Every one of them, along with the nursing staff, have always been very kind, warm, and helpful. I like the ability to have my kids seen right away without needing to schedule an appointment, and most of the time the wait is not bad at all, especially considering its an urgent care facility. My son was just in earlier this week and I received a follow up phone call from the office to check on him. Most pcps dont even do that, but this office did! I love that! Its very refreshing to know there are Drs offices who still care about the patient, and its evident with this office.

My kids and I are here....a lot! They are always so friendly and helpful. The wait is reasonable especially for an Urgent Care! From the front desk to the doctors everyone is wonderful! I feel like they truly care about how my kids are doing!

First time visiting and it was great! Made an appointment online this morning and we were called back about 5 minutes after our appointment time. Staff was all very kind and we were seen and diagnosed very quickly!

Sat in the waiting room for an hour and was never acknowledged by the staff. I was informed reserves were in front of me. But they weren’t even in the waiting room.
