My Max had the best possible care at VCA. His sickness came on fast. They directed me in the necessary steps I needed to take. He was diagnosed with melanoma cancer. They were very informative and I had many questions they answered promptly to every one of them. Unfortunately, with a very heavy heart, we felt it best to let him cross the rainbow bridge. He was in a lot of pain and we managed that till the end. Of course, my heart is shattered, but I know he received the best care possible from VCA. Thank you to all the staff for putting up with me and for taking the best care for Max. ❤️❤️

I have been taking my four-legged be(a)sties to the VCA clinic in Broken Arrow for approximately 14 years, because I can be confident with the quality of care I know they will receive, from 8 weeks to their final moments.The patience the staff has with both their patients and parents/owners is overwhelming. I tried lower cost care, such as, nail trims that resulted in a traumatized and injured dog and vowed NEVER again.Many thanks and gratitude to the staff at VCA, I now have a dog that enjoys his trips to visit them.You are angels!!!

We’ve used VCA Woodland in BA for approximately 10 years for our dogs. They are always so kind and take great care of our boys. There have been a couple of times that we were worried about injuries or sickness with our dogs and they’ve always gotten them in quickly. All of the staff members seem to genuinely care.

The staff was very compassionate and helpful with final care for my cat at an unexpected and difficult time. That was appreciated, and Im very happy to trust them with the care of my new kitten.

We found a kitten on the side of the road that appeared to be dumped, front left leg was completely useless. Having 3 other cats at the time we took her here hoping they could find her help. They got us in touch with a lady at the river trail animal hospital near 121st and memorial in Bixby and gave us a gift bag and a bag of food. We didnt plan on keeping her but they were able to get her leg amputated for a very reasonable price so we decided to take her in. She is about 9 months now and is doing great...thank you!

I was worried sick about my cats first vet appointment, if you ask me she’s not like any other cat I’ve met. She’s down to earth but she doesn’t like contact with other people, she’s always avoided it, so the thought of bringing her to a vet to get her first shots etc made me sick. I’m happy to say I worried for nothing! Maui didn’t even freak out! I was worried she was going to overstress but she was as happy as ever when she got home. I am so thankful for this place, they really know what they’re doing. If youre like me, worried sick about bringing your animal to the vet, this vet is the best option! They took such good care of my Great Pyrenees! I had never been to this location before, but my pup needed her shots and yearly exam. With the pandemic, I was nervous about not being in the room with my pup as they were doing her exam and vaccines, but as I was in the parking lot, waiting, the vet. Called me and made sure I knew everything he did and the techs did, it felt like I was right there with my pup. The staff was sweet and pleasant, they weren’t just “customer service” nice, but they actually seem to care about your pets. It was a stress free visit, and I feel comfortable saying that VCA Broken Arrow, is now our go to place for veterinary needs.

Fantastic vet! Dr.Dan and everyone else are absolutely perfect! They also give all the information you need and text and call followup. Also taking proper covid-19 precautions. Love this place!

First experience with VCA Woodland. I couldnt be more impressed. The receptionist, Vet Tech and Dr. McKeaigg were absolutely wonderful...gentle and kind with my new rescue dog, Rosie. I had many questions and concerns, and all were met with sincere compassion and respect. I already made an appointment to move my dog other dog, Jackson, into Woodlands care. Prices are reasonable. First visits are free for both dogs. Saying goodbye to Banfield. Going back to get some of these delicious dog treats that my new picky girl woofed down. Happy with my decision.

RETURN SEBASTIAN TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNER

My 2 pugs, Lola & Penelope, are the most important things in my life. I brought them to VCA Broken Arrow yesterday for a wellness checkup & everyone there was absolutely phenomenal! Their appointments were both on time, I hardly had to wait at all. When I spoke with Dr. Mckeaigg, he was so friendly, informative, responded with clear & precise answers to my (many) questions, all while remaining incredibly patient with me, not once did I feel rushed or like I was a bother, he was glad to explain everything to me.I am so happy with my decision to bring them here!

At this point Sebastian has been stolen and the person who has him is being protected by VCA Woodland Animal Hospital in Broken Arrow. They have his chip number, tag number & I have sent them several pictures of the dog wearing their tag and theyre refusing to contact the customer who has the dog to help Sebastain make it back home. They even went so far as to tell the officer that went to VCA Woodland to question them that the dog tied to this tag number is a different brown dog that they showed him a picture of. As you can see below the tag is obviously on our Sebastian and they know that, I showed them pictures of him wearing the tag on 7-20, and yet they lied to the officer and are assisting in the theft of our little guy. Please post and share this everywhere, the vet needs to know this is unacceptable and the person who has our dog needs to return him immediately.

Very expensive. An antibiotic shot for my cat cost $96. It didnt take that much to make it, deliver it, or administer it. The pet health industry needs regulation.

My sons dog was lost. Someone posted that they saw it and took a picture for my son. The dog was wearing a tag from this hospital. My son called the hospital to ask if they could assist by telling him who brought the dog in or at least calling their customer to let him know this dog was being searched for by a family who misses and loves him. The staff was rude and said they couldn’t do anything without a chip number. He called and provided the chip number and the increasingly rude staff then said the would not help him even with the chip number. Do not trust your animals with these unsympathetic employees.

They took care of my sweet Duke when it was sadly time for him to go to the Rainbow Bridge. They were so sweet to me and gave me all the time I needed. I even got a sweet card that was signed from everyone. Each message was personalized to our family or to Duke. That extra touch will make me a lifetime user of this vet. I have 2 other dogs that will use this vet.

My kitten isn’t aggressive, but she is easily overstimulated and frightened. I imagined that she would be biting and hissing at the vet, but the vet was great at calming her down. The vet did what she needed to do quickly but never scared or even got a hiss out of my kitty.This place is great for cats and we would definitely consider going back for any further issues.

We take all of our babies here, Dr Odie and Dr Kristi are the absolute best, we love Rose and ALL the staff and how much they love our babies too! In any business that has customers, there is bound to be issues, we have had one problem only, but it was a groomer that’s no longer there. I would never take our babies anywhere else, they have worked with us on payment, emergencies, spay/neuter, general care and sending them across rainbow bridge. This VCA has the kindest, most amazing staff I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. They know our pets names every single time. Doctor Wittlich is the most compassionate human being out there. She has been with me and my family for 2 dog lives and helped us through putting them down when it was time. Our dogs are a part of our family and she knew just how to comfort us and not to mention she was willing to stay open longer hours so the whole family could be there when we out our dog down. I highly recommend her and this clinic for sure! They truly love animals and would do anything and everything to keep them happy and healthy.

My friend called after seeing his lost dog with a vca tag posted on facebook... obviously someone had found him and brought him in for care. He attempted to reach out to vca woodland and was greeted with rudeness and zero empathy. My friend had the dog chipped but the vet didnt check that..I doubt the people who found the dog even know someone is desperately looking..Vca woodland broken arrow refused to call them and even notify them that they are in possession of a dog whose person is looking for them. DUDES... ITS A PHONE CALL.. DO THE RIGHT THING!

The staff here is AMAZING. I have three cats and a dog that not only get care here but I board here as well. They are fabulous with my very temperamental geriatric cat and my chocolate lab that actually loves to go see her vet. I have no reservations about boarding them here when Im out of town. The two Drs & staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about your animals and will not charge you for things that are not necessary. You can tell they are true animal lovers and not just there to take your money. Highly recommend!

We have used VCA for four years, the first few visits went well, friendly staff and we trusted them with our dogs. After the first few visits the staff became rude, unprofessional and my small dog would shiver and cry when we would go, something she did not do before. The female vet is by far the very rudest person there, second would be the tech with short hair and dirty scrubs. I dont know why we stayed so long, but it was a mistake. I DO NOT recommendVCA!

I chose this as my vet because when I was a vendor of theirs they all treated me kindly and any business that is good to its vendors will be great to you as a customer and they are, above what I would ever have explected. They always check in by text the day after they have seen my dog and ask how she is. They really care for your animals, I saw that when I used to service their soap dispensers in the back rooms. It was always clean and everyone was kind to the animals being held there.

We absolutely love the staff and the vets here. They cared for our cat and dog for years. When our beloved dog suffered a debilitating brain lesion, the compassion and care displayed by everyone at this facility was beyond description.I think the best way that I can sum up all my interactions with this fine group of people is that they get it, and they are truly pet people.

Really appreciated the staff getting my dog in so quickly and the vet making sure I was well informed as of what was going on with her I wish I could give five stars but one of the vet techs was talking very loudly outside of the door about my dogs condition and how it was very bad and the way she was talking about it almost made it seem as though she was putting a little blame on me which really upset me and I was already a very scared dog mom so I didn’t really appreciate that but other than that one incident I had a really good experience

Fantastic experience. I took in my dog to get his blood drawn for a heartworm test, nervous about his behavior toward strangers (especially those who poke and probe him). But unlike other veterinary hospitals that I have visited in the past, my dog remained by my side the during the entire procedure, which I could tell soothed him very much. Usually vet visits are terrifying for my dog, but this one was not at all--which honestly shocked me. Jessica, my vet assistant, let me hold onto him while she drew his blood so that he wouldnt freak out. And when the doctor came in to inspect him, he did the unthinkable: he actually held my dog in his arms. Usually even attempting to hold my dog would result in growls and snaps (even for me sometimes!), but my dog was just fine! As a matter of fact, I think he even respected the vet more because of it. Point is: the employees here know how to treat animals. I loved the hands-on experience, and my dog did too.

My dogs and my granddog love it! The staff is fantastic and always accommodating to any specific need or request for my boys. I love that they send me pictures of my dogs during their stay. I give VCA a thumbs up, 5 star review! And recommend them to all my friends and family here in Broken Arrow, Ok!

I have been going to the VCA Woodland BA Animal Hospital for years. They have seen me through the loss of three cats and are the kindest, most caring vets and technicians ever. They take excellent care of my pets, and Dr. Wittlich is the most practical and best veterinarian I have ever seen.

You will get very reasonable and realistic service from both of these two doctors. Dr. McKeiagg helped me with an elderly cat, a female cat with cancer and a younger cat with anxiety and stomach issues. Three totally different issues, all excellent care. We came to this clinic because the one we usually used for our pets did a terrible job on a spaying procedure, that my puppy lost her life over. This vet was very helpful and compassionate. The veterinarian was sweet, loved on my puppy and gave her some cheese and medications on the spot. They gave us a cone so she would not chew on her stitches because the other vet failed to give us one. I got the cone, antibiotics, and pain meds for free as a first visit promo and the bill was very reasonable. I enjoyed this facility and all they did for my baby girl while she was with us. We lost her last night because the other vet did such a terrible job and her stitches came unraveled because they used one continuous strand for the entire incision. Please DONT USE VILLAGE VET OF BROKEN ARROW. the VCA is literally right down the street. Please choose the right vet, its worth your pets life. Dont let them suffer the same way my precious Roux did.
