I went in for a second consultation of an xray of a broken finger. Walked in, quickly was walked into a backroom, they laid my hand down on a table in several positions taking pictures. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes which was normal compared to my first appointment HOWEVER it was $301.68 after insurance. That is compared to $50 that I paid for an X-ray at another office. Our health care system might be a joke but why is this hospitals x-rays literally 600% more expensive than an X-ray at a doctors office across the street. Had I known I would be paying 6 times the price I wouldve walked out of there but because its a hospital they dont have to tell you the prices until they do it.Dont go here for anything unless youre dying. Your wallet will thank you. 600%!

They have great phlebotomy techs. Only 5-7 out of 100 times have they missed hitting the vein first time! I don’t know about anyone else, but I dont care for having blood drawn.

The lady on the phone , I can’t put into words how rude and uncaring she came off. The whole time that I was trying to explain my situation , she talked over me or disregarded anything I said. Extremely rude and it made me feel as if my concerns weren’t important enough. I can’t tell you the amount of times I would start talking , and she talked over me instead. How do you expect people to come back or feel safe , when you have individuals that behave this way? Why would anyone spend their money for their health in a facility where they don’t take you serious enough or take you as a joke? Pass.

I went to urgent care and Shari Herron was extemely rude and completely disregarded all of my concerns. I could hear her from outside of the room saying I shouldnt even be there and I was fine, all before even coming into the room. My fever was 103, elevated heart rate (104 BPM resting), abnormally high blood pressure (for me), body aches, stiff neck, insane headache and head pressure thats last for days. I asked her about further testing because of my concerns she refused and sent me home with absolutely nothing. I would NEVER recommend her. She was extremely condescending and had absolutely no regard for my health.

I was in last week for a mammogram, and everyone was great! From the lady who checked me in, ( I cant remember her name!) to the Tech, Judy. They all made my experience very comfortable! Thanks to you all!!
