I have been receiving chiropractic care at Kats Chiropractic Center off and on for the last five years for a recurring injury. The office atmosphere is very professional and comfortable at the same time. The care I have received from Dr. Wagner and his team has been second to none. The entire experience is great from the receptionist desk to the person who puts me on the massage table, and of course the adjustments are great. Theres also a massage therapist that helps me to relax and reduce pain. Another thing I llike is that Dr. Wagner really cares about his military veteran patients. As far as I can see I will definitely continue my care at Kats Chiropractic for the foreseeable future.

Came to Kats for a massage. You will not be disappointed. Not only does Jessica have magical hands, she is very knowledgeable about what shes doing. I feel better after one session than I have in years. I have been to a few different massage therapists in the past, and have never felt this good afterward. Will definitely be returning.

All the staff at Kats are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their desire is to help you achieve relief from your pain and give you instruction on what to do to help in the process. Dr. Wagner listens to his patients, explains what he is going to do then goes about what he does best adjustment. I trust Dr. Wagner l have been under his care for a long time and he has helped me time and again. GREAT patient care.

I had never been to a chiropractor before and had hip pain for over five years, after only one visit my hip pain was completely gone and my neck and shoulders have improved drastically! The staff is absolutely amazing! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Wagner has helped my headaches, back, neck and hip, and I will continue to visit Kats Chiropractic because not only does Dr. Wagner provide the adjustments, but Tanner administers the therapy, Morgan gives wonderful massage therapy and Monica is always pleasant upon entry and exiting the practice for each visit. I am glad the VA referred me! (and they do have a special rate for veterans!)

Very friendly staff!! They make you feel very welcome! Clean facility! Very little wait time! Dr. goes over everything with you to make sure you understand what is going to be done before he does it. You can tell they arent just out for money, the really want to help you get better! Highly recommend!

I have been going there for a bit now, I don’t have a lot of time because I work so much. However this family has worked with me and my inflexible schedule. I thank you very much! My only request would be to have longer hours however you all need to have time with your families too.

They are all super nice and took care of my problem

I’ve been coming here for years. It’s the only place that really listens (that I’ve found). They always know what to do to get my back in good standing.

My right foot had been completely numb for almost 2 years. Makes walking, balance, and driving difficult. I had been to 2 M.D. back specialists and one Neurosurgeon with no results so I didnt hold out much hope that a chiropractor could do much. Through a recommendation, I went to Kats Chiropractic Center and was examined by Dr. Wagoner. In the 1st session, he had diagnosed the problem and started treatment. He told me Dont expect a miracle, and I didnt notice much difference after this 1st time. HOWEVER-the 2nd time may not have been a miracle, but CLOSE! When walking back to the car, it dawned on me I could actually FEEL my foot each time I stepped. After the 3rd session, the feeling has returned except for my toes, which still tingle. I can FLEX my foot, balance has improved and can walk normal. HOPING that Ill get all the feeling back but this is fantastic, so Im not complaining. Id highly recommend them.

Dr. Wagner has been a great help for improving my health. He has always listened to my concerns and gone above and beyond my expectations. Also the staff has always been helpful and taken care of my appointment times and insurance for both chiropractic needs and massage.

I have been going here for 2 years now and I love that I can get a same day appointment with Dr. Wagoner. Sometimes Im in and out in five minutes on my way home from work.

This place is amazing! Seriously, amazing. My 2 year old had his elbow pulled too hard by accident by his big sister (nurse maids elbow). I called this office desperate, 20 minutes till close on a Friday and they told me come right in! Dr. Wagner immediately took us back and treated him. They treated us like family even though it was our first time.

Dr Wagner as someone else put it really knows his stuff he has bought me great relief from pain after just a couple of visits..... and to those that complain about insurance its your responsibility to understand and know your benefits i get absolutely tired of people that blame their providers and insurance companies for their own lack of knowledge OWN IT call your insurance carrier understand your benefits exclusions limitations deductibles ....... Again thank you Dr Wagner and staff you do an excellent job

Ive been to 5-6 chiropractors in my life, and Dr. Wagner is my favorite. First of all, hes very kind. Second of all, he gives an excellent adjustment. Hes helped me tremendously with neck and shoulder pain as well as headaches. Dr. Wagner knows his stuff, and his staff are really friendly.

Dr. Wagoner was great. Erin the office manager on the other hand is not. She is very rude and hard to deal with. When you deal with someone that handles insurance claims as part of their job, you depend on them to be able to articulate the details associated with the cost up front. Erin did not do this. If you are going to do an insurance claim, do your own research, do not depend on Erin to be able to explain what your cost is going to be. I really liked Dr. Wagoner but they lost a customer based on Erins attitude and the way she handled the situation.

Having to make a decision of back surgery or spinal-decompression, I decided to go with the latter, not knowing what to expect........Dr. Tim Wagner administered the treatment and after 20 session on the decompression table, I have to admit, I couldnt be happier with the decision I made. For the first time in over 10 years, I can walk without pain in my back or legs.The staff at KATS is 1st. Class all the way. From Monica, the perky receptionist, Erin, the Office Manager and driving force to Dr. Tim, my experience couldnt be better; And if your looking for a deep tissue massage, they have Amy.A big THANK YOU to the KATS Group.

Dr Wagner is the best chirpiropitic doctor he is verygood he says to tell him if it hurts and he will stop well he did its aamazingI was in a car wreck in oOctober and hes helped me out tenacious since he amazing and his staff are amazing too

Several family members went to see Dr. Wagner, at Kats Chiropractic in Claremore. On the first visit, we asked how much visit would be. $22 each was the price given to us by Dr. Wagner. They had our insurance info and we assumed that they called to verify coverage, deductible and in-network. That was November 2. On November 9, I went back in and waited for my adjustment. After a short wait, I went back, was adjusted and when I came back up front, I was told I needed to pay $68. I mentioned that the doctor had already told us $22/visit and why was it higher. Well, after having more than a week to have verified how much of a deductible we had met, they apparently were not able to figure that out before they told us $22/visit, nor before I went back, waited and then got in for my second adjustment. Why?? So now, they are taking us to collections for over $400. Had I known, I would have left the waiting room before my 2nd adjustment! This is in my opinion, a bad faith estimate. They had the time, knowledge and ability to determine my insurance coverage, deductible, and then tell me what $$ amount I would need to pay, but they wouldnt operate legitimately. Office manager Erin, was rude and wasnt willing to write off any amount. I even have coupons that would have paid $180 of each of our initial visits, but was told I didnt need them. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT USE!!! BAD FAITH!!!Kell McClung
