I contacted the director and was told that there were openings for both of my boys. I was told that they could start a week later. I drove over to pick up the paperwork a couple days later and the assistant director told me there were no openings. I asked for the director the AD told me she was on break and took my name and number. I called back a short time later and was told by the Director that a couple girls have quit, there is no loyalty with the girls anymore, and it is just too tough. I asked her specifically why the openings were closed and she told me that two girls quit this week. Absolutely horrible customer service. I gave a start date to my employer after being told I could fill out the ppwk and drop off a check today (Thurs) and start on Mon morning. However the 61st St Location was responsive Honest and gave me an alternative recommendation as they had only one opening. Thank you Brittany.

Closed due to Covid-19 right now. They said they gave everyone notice but several parents today werent aware until this morning. Its a good place otherwise. Closed till November 2nd though.

Amazing they are great with my little one and the girls are so friendly

Working with kids has always been amazing. Watching them grow is so rewarding.

I will be back to explain this situation. After I speak with corporate and a few other people. I want to make sure that this sitaution is completely explained accurately.
