Dr. Ari Schwarz was very rude to me. I told him that I was not comfortable getting injections for osteoporosis due to how many risks and side effects involved. He told me that I drive a car everyday which is a risk. I explained how I have a lactose intolerance and that Fosamax contains lactose. I told him that ingesting lactose causes my Ulcerative colitis to flare up He told me I was wrong!!! Note: I was diagnosed when I was 21 and now 60. This has been confirmed by many GI doctors in almost 40 years including those in Boston but I guess Dr. Schwarz knows best, NOT!! Never went back!!

Most caring Dr Ive ever seen who actually listened to the issues I was having and didnt just dismiss my pain as anxiety! Thank you! After a year I finally have a name for my problem

High knowledge and listens well, caring. Made hugh improvement in my needs after returning for my flare up. Compassionate. Went elsewhere first and found him thank God!

She told me she did not believe in Fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. I asked her to look at my nodes on my fingers and said oh yeah you have osteoarthritis. 5 min visit at most. Never went back.

VERY RUDE front staff, two of the women I spoke to LAUGHED at me through the phone regarding my medical question. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes, one women answered questions with YUP and was so rude! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN SO MISTREATED AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. Both of the women mocked me through the phone, then when I asked to speak to a manager or asked for either of their names, they both laughed and repetitively ignoring me when I stated that I felt as though I was being mistreated, and wanted to speak to a manager... she refused to transfer me or give me either of their names, just kept mocking me..... so I finally hung up. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone, never mind ever be seen here!!! Absolutely Terrible. I wonder if the doctors know how they treat PATIENTS.
