DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My husband was there 3 weeks and I couldn’t get him out fast enough. II tried to get in touch with the head of nursing and the social worker I left messages twice and never got calls back. When I finally got in touch with the head of nursing (her comment was “I was helping other people). My husband’s clothes were lost even though I had a sign HOLD DO NOT WASH. After my husband pulled cord for help to bathroom he waited and waited and when an aide walked by I motioned for help and her comment to me was “I’m busy”.

Feels understaffed, the feeling as if they just dont care, and looking to transfer family out of this place ASAP.

Terrible care! My father was there for 2 week rehab to gain strength. He was released with them stating he had improved significantly and was in icu the next day. They failed to care for simple needs such as cleaning his dentures or taking care of his feet even though he is diabetic! He had a terrible rash on his backside which was never reported or treated and he almost died from a uti and gallbladder infection that wasn’t “noticed”. Not to mention he could not get to bathroom let alone barely walk with even his walker.

Best place to work. This to me is family. And I treasure every single minute I spend in this place.

My poor Grandfather had to use the bathroom. Took them over 15 minutes to help him. Medical personnel was literally complaining about having to help him. Completely unacceptable, not to mention demeaning and cruel. My grandfather is a HUMAN BEING at the end of his life. A VETERAN, a husband, a father, a grandfather, a great-grandfather and a bestfriend. No one deserves to be treated that way. Hell, we treat animals better.
