First of all the phone navigation system is terrible when you call. You have to click one like four times before you get a hold of a someone to schedule you an appointment. Second, I got disconnected like three times, they were not really friendly, and they scheduled appointments times without me confirming I could make the time. They just left me a voicemail saying this was my appointment time and I did not agree to it nor could I make that time. Thirdly, when I finally get an appointment that works for me come the day of, they give me the wrong address. The address I need to be is 25 minutes away. The person at the front desk at the wrong address I was at called to make sure I could come, they said I could so I started to go. 15 minutes in I get a call saying the doctor won’t accept me because I’m late, after it was their fault they gave me wrong address even though I was only going to be 15 minutes late. I signature medical group is all over the place and not organized .think they have lazy employees who are not accommodating.

Great people work in this place. These workers are regular everyday people with issues just like all normal people do. Thank you for taking care of others. Blessings

WORST doctors office ever! How does a patient have to keep calling for the doctor to give results?! I’m all set with this doctors office! I’d give 0 stars

I do not recommend Dr Gundaji. His bed side manner is awful and he never gets back in time with filling prescriptions. He does not seem to care about his patients and is always busy doing something else or calling in sick etc.

Dr. Imam gets 5 stars. Signature Healthcare gets one star. Getting my prescriptions sent to CVS Caremark has been a challenge that Signature Healthcare has not been able to accomplish. Nine out of ten times I have had to call multiple times. Because of their past incompetence I have been incredibly careful to explain my requests in detail. Even when I order early in anticipation of a delay I have been left with no medicine. That includes no insulin for two days. There is no excuse for gross incompetence.

Great service, my doctor Katherine Pacheco is awesome! Felt so comfortable with her and have never felt SO comfortable with a doctor before.

I called to find out how can my son be seen today. I explained to the rep Sasha first about the situation and she said you have to speak with registration and they don’t open till 8. I said oh, ok. Thank you and by the second I said have a great day, I already had the dial tone. Like if you are miserable, stay home or work at the zoo because ppl that need your help at the hospital don’t need your rudeness at 7 in the morning. Sasha is rude!!!!!!!!

I called to make an appointment to get a referral to see a fetal specialist based on ananomaly in an ultrasound. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I decided to go with another primary care physician whose receptionist was sympathetic, understanding, and willing to walk me through the new patient steps.

Good place. Had issues with my first Primary doc, who I wont name. Swapped to another and things are much better now.

This doesnt even deserve one star. Children and youth has got to be the worst place to get an appointment.

I dont agree with Signature Healthcares no walk-in policy for their Urgent care department. I also dont agree being treated less than for not making an appointment. My husband has been sick for 3days. He works a fulltime job in installation; with that being said making apts is rather difficult.Urgent health concerns come unexpectedly. If youre department is named Urgent Care, walk-ins welcome should be in the policy.

This place is the worst with the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever worked with in my life. I’m repulsed by the way these people deal with their patients. I wouldn’t even bring my dog here. Get out while you can!

Had my PCP set an appointment...got right in, saw an RN first, then an MD... thorough, quick, and helpful, great communication... couldnt ask for a better experience

They sent me for a sleep study on January 3rd to check for sleep apnea they said results would be back in 2 weeks here it is march 25th and I still cant get results after numerous calls to the office but they expect payment promptly

Worst staff, really rude. Went in for CT scan and the tech didnt even try to get a vein and told me not to come back and go to Brockton hospital instead. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt even reschedule the scan had to do it myself.
