I can’t say enough about Dr. Douglas Grogan, and his entire staff at Bethel Medicine. As a patient for 20 years, I have had the best health care with a caring, thorough, compassionate and well educated Doctor. He takes time to listen and come up with the proper solution to your medical concern. He is truly one amazing Doctor.

If you are a female and ever have an appointment with Dr Grogan request a female nurse to chaperone you’ll thank me. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. For a sinus infection I was asked to fully undress in a Johnny was waiting for 50 minutes so got dressed to leave. Thank god I got dressed because I swear it would’ve been even more uncomfortable if I was still in the Johnny. Never will be returning there again!

I saw Dr. Falco at my scheduled time and the office is observing good Covid-19 practices. I had a minor issue, but I felt she gave me her full attention, a thorough examination, and clear direction for dealing with the problem.

Doctor Hall is just wonderful. She takes her time with the patients and has a great understanding and knowledge. She has helped through my toughest year. Your all around staff is great as well. Your office should teach other offices how to be the best !!

My husband and I have been coming here since before we were married and had children. Now our whole family comes here. We drive quite a distance to get here but we love the whole staff so much we wouldnt even consider changing to a Drs office closer to our home. They are thorough, caring and attentive.

Great experience. Dr Grogan was extremely attentive and thorough. The front office staff was very friendly. This 1 appointment was better than my last 7 at my PCP. I made the change to Dr Grogan and am completely satisfied with that decision.

I referred my husband and son to my NP, Susan Andrea and now they would not go to anyone else. She takes her time with you and listens to what you have to say. She is extremely professional and even called me at home to see how I was doing. If you use their online portal they always get back to you. Best primary care practice ever.

Loved it at 1st. However the PCP couldnt straighten out her credentialing and they are limited....so theres got no openings...no matter how your feeling.
