I have been bringing my pets here forever and I have never been disappointed , they have supported me with all my needs, no pressure on services I could not possibly afford and stood by my wishes and explaining things I didn’t sometimes understand ty so much for providing loving services to my fur babies that mean so much to me.

Shared that I desperately needed a solution and did everything they asked of me until I ran out of money. All I wanted was help with hot spots without going broke.

Thorough, caring, affordable, prompt, professional, highly recommended. It’s so nice to know my fur child is in such great hands.

Not as great as the news portrayed them to be. Its money over people at this place. Were told we cant go inside with our pets which I get at this time but I guess the boss makes an exception if you throw a fit. Its a small place and I pray for the staff members who are being put at risk. Better off going to a larger veterinary hospital that is better equipped and quite frankly better managed to safely care for their own workers as well as you and your pets.

Dr. Hirschberg has been treating my cats since around 1982. Theres no place better. The entire staff is kind and concerned. The medical care is state of the art.

This vet office is really good however pretty pricey.

Best Vet around! Our dog Bailey passed about a year ago. She had been sick for sometime but the great care she received from Brockton Animal Hospital gave our family a few more years with Bailey. I have no doubt we would have lost her several years earlier with out BAH.

My family has been taking our pets to Brockton Animal Hospital for years, and despite being closer to other animal clinics, I choose to continue to get care for my pets at BAH. Theyve always shown exemplary care and have helped me work through and manage a myriad of illnesses my cats have suffered from. I appreciate their concise and clear communication, and most of all, their patience. Ill never forget how they took the time to talk with me when I called them a few days after having to put my cat to sleep! I always feel like they are working in the best interest of their furry clients, and I have complete confidence in the care we get from the amazing staff at BAH!

For more than a decade, I have travelled the distance from Newton to Brockton because of the great care provided by both the Veterinarians and staff at Brockton Animal Hospital. Simply put, they are great diagnosticians and decision makers. Attentive, never rushed, they just understand the needs of the animals and their owners, as well. Just the best!

All the doctors, vet techs and support people are great. They are so patient and understanding and go to great lengths to answer all your questions, address your concerns and explain everything they are doing no matter how much time it takes. I have been going to BAH for probably over 30 years now. Even though I dont live as close as I used to - I continue to bring my dogs there. The Vets & staff are always professional, knowledgeable & so caring. I have utmost confidence in the treatment my dogs get there. They are like my children & i would not want to entrust their care to anyone else.

They were awesome! They took care of my 6 week old kitten and shes feeling good as new! The staff is so nice and they try to save you money if they can !

I am very pleased with the care and consideration my dog has received at the Brockton Animal Hospital. My dog will be turning 16 soon and can be really skittish but responds very well to Dr. Huffenus. He is very patient and understanding.

My mom took her dog in for round of vaccinations. He went in a completely healthy and vibrant. Next day after his toxic round of vaccinations that were not spread out he became completely lethargic, peeing everywhere, drinking alot of water, and non stop eating. Took dog in and vet told her he has diabetes, just all of a sudden. Were looking for another vet. Dont take your dog here. They charge for EVERYTHING.. now that the dog needs his blood checked you would think they would not charge as a follow up. But yes they do $52 each visit. After everything theyve done to this dog. DO NOT GO THERE. Updated: to your response Dr.Ronald Hirschberg. I know its very hard for you to grasp that vaccines can cause damage in some. Those vaccines should have been spaced out. Hes a small dog. He went in to your office a vibrant healthy dog and walked out a zombie. You need and should take responsibility. But you would never because due to the 1979 law where no liability can come back to any vaccine corporations. Vaccine are safe and effective for all😂 now the owner is left w a huge bill and picking up pieces for the duration of the dogs life.. btw his name is not Kali..!

The key staff has been there forever which I think says a lot about any organization. When I call, they know who I am and who my dog is. Did the math and realized Ive been a client almost 24 years. Ive lost track of how often Ive recommended them. Real stand-outs in their profession!

I went to Brockton Animal Hospital for my puppy Charlies exams and vaccinations. All of the staff there were very friendly and excited to Charlie every time he came in. We saw Dr. Smolka for his exams. She was super friendly, great with Charlie, and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Brockton Animal Hospital to anyone who has a puppy who needs all their shots, especially Dr. Smolka!

Brockton Animal Hospital provides wonderful care for my little girl. They are the only people who I will allow to care for her.

I have brought my animals to Brockton Animal Hospital for over 28 years now. I appreciate the vast knowledge that the veterinarians have and their ability to diagnose what illness, disease or medical issue my pet is having usually without a lot of expensive testing. I have had many pets that have had complicated surgical or medicall issues the kinds of issues that are not common. These veterinarians have performed miracles surgically for my animals on more than one occassion. They are knowledgeable and up to date on current treatments and protocols and have modern equipment including laser therapy that has helped many animals. The staff is alway professional and friendly. I have never had a bad experience. They answer their phones and get back to you in a timely manner if necessary. I have always been very impressed with the way they treat my animals. I did move further away from their office but I continue to commute as I trust them with the care of my animals. When you find a great doctor with a great staff you stick with them because exceptional service and trust is hard to find these days. They really care about their clients and it shows.

I brought our 5yr old dog to Brockton Animal Hospital last fall for a 2nd opinion after we received a devastating diagnosis from another vet, which included costly surgery with no guarantee for health improvement.I had researched my dogs diagnosis and read about cool light therapy as a treatment for many different health concerns. BAH was the only local vet that was using this noninvasive technology.The fact that the director, Dr. Hirschberg, called me personally to discuss our situation without ever being a client or ever having walked in the door was impressive to me. We began laser treatment, saw great improvement after only 2 sessions and now our dog is more active than ever. This therapy literally saved her life! Thankfully I made the decision to get a 2nd opinion & Im so grateful to all the staff at BAH for the care they give.

I brought my cat back there five times for the same problem and not resolved very very upset with them. i feel like they are just taking my money

Brockton Animal Hospital is THE absolute best place you can take your furry family member! They treat all pets (clients) with love, attention and such care. Before finding BAH, our dog was diagnosed with luxating patella, and I wanted to get second and third opinions before I moved ahead with any type of procedure. LLoyds (our previous vet) jumped from A to Z in their diagnosis and never followed up with me; they also prescribed pills to her which were unnecessary. When I stumbled upon Dr. Hirschbergs office - my puppy and I immediately received the utmost respect and attention. I emailed Dr. Hirschberg with my concerns and in less than two hours he got right back to me- via email and a follow-up call. He spoke to me about alternative methods to surgery, and that we may as well try those before jumping right into a procedure. When we met with Dr. Hirschberg, he really helped us to understand our dogs diagnosis, walking us through the potential procedure; and explained everything in detail so we could understand thoroughly. Our dog LOVED Dr. Hirschberg and his staff instantly - which is quite a rarity since she is scared of most things! We went ahead with Dr. Hirschbergs plan and tried laser/light therapy which did seem to help a bit (Lloyds NEVER even mentioned this pre-surgery method), and it drastically helped during our dogs recovery time after the procedure. Before the procedure, Dr. Hirschberg calmed all of our fears and gave us specific details for what to expect before/during and after our dogs surgery - this was extremely helpful! Dr. Hirshberg and the staff would call to find out how our dogs recovery was going, and each time when we brought her in they truly cared about her well-being. I honestly cant say enough great things about BAH and would recommend them to EVERYONE who wants great, honest and thorough care for their pet. We will never go anywhere else! I wish Dr. Hirshberg could be my own doctor! :)

Terrible vet clinic. They dont care about the customer at all, the only thing they care about is your money. They had my dog and I going back for the same problem and in the end we had to put my dog to sleep. Worst vet clinic ever!! Please do not take your pet here.
