Everytime Ive gone here they are more eager to send you home than find out whats wrong. They ignore patients and have zero interest in helping them. They dont believe patients and frankly dont care. Youre better off going to a hospital farther away even if it is life or death cause your chances are higher anywhere but here.

The hospital is horrible. Every single occasion I have been there(3) in the past 3 years, I have to wait HOURS Until I’m seen to then, be left in the room for another 1-2 hours to be given Tylenol for the pain. This hospital service is trash. Today, I watched someone tell the front desk their mom was possibly having a seizure and I kid you not, NO URGENCY. I don’t even think they helped, I believe they gave her daughter a wheelchair to bring her mom in. Poorly run hospital, HORRIBLE doctor service. Someone, God forbid, will die in the waiting room waiting just for a room. It would have gotta a zero if I could put it. This is my first review EVER. That’s how poor this hospital is run.

DO NOT GO THERE ! I WAS IGNORED BY THE ER STAFF WHEN I WAS HAVING EXCRUCIATING CHEST PAIN ! Very UNPROFESSIONAL. This Hospital should be SHUT DOWN !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Nurses don’t care about the patients AT ALL !!!

Great hospital ever they saved my life five years ago with a heart attach Im forever great full to the cardiologistsin that hospital they were awesome

The first and last. I wish I could leave no stars. The worst ED I’ve ever been too. Nobody was on the same page. I walked out the same way I walked in. Dehydrated and in pain. Nothing was given to help the pain and they participated in keeping me dehydrated. I asked the PA for water and she never came back! Numerous other things that’s made this ED experience less than desirable. This place is a joke. Just because they have scrubs on and stare intensely at the screen doesn’t mean they’re actually working to help you. Maybe they can handle little things like a splinter......just hope that there’s no infection or fever. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Family member has an aggressive tooth ache. Got here at 6 PM 09/08/2019. Tooth ache, ear ache, and headache have increased while we have been waiting. Yes the medical triage staff has been informed. We are still waiting and have seen people with bumps on their heads, scratches, minor injuries come in after us and seen before us. Either the triage staff is worthless or they appear to be dangerously negligent. Find another Emergency hospital. We could have driven or taken the bus to Boston by now. Considering those options now but afraid of the possibility that she will get worse.

I came in at 11pm with my girlfriend who almost passed out on the ground after having an aggressive cough and being looked at by an ambulance, who said it was most likely that she had pneumonia. They called us up twice to ask for the same information but other than that we waited for a full five hours watching as people who came in after us with very minor problems being taken first. My girlfriends coughing had gotten better at this point but was still regular, the staff took no notice in any of her symptoms and was slow and uninterested in their patients health and well being. Eventually (at 4 AM) we decided that we would go to a different hospital, we told them to take her off the list and we were leaving, and right after we did this they take in another person who had come in after us. This I believe is the worst hospital in existence, and I will make sure nobody I know will ever have the displeasure of being there.

That place is horrendous. I have never seen such a terrible hospital. They tried to cut my dad open when he only needed antibiotics they set my arm 2 weeks later broke and set my arm again because they messed up the first time. And said my 12 year old nephew was a crackhead because his lung was collapsed. Really he crashed his dirt bike

I found the ER staff to be welcoming and compassionately courteous.

Great treatment . Dr Lee in the ER and the nurses in the ER are great

Slow staff members, make you waste your time. I think there is not enough workers

I went in the late morning on a Wednesday with a non-life threatening issue and was triaged quickly, put into a room within 25 mins of arrival, and treated with respect by the friendly people there. Rachel Benedetti (PA), Mariah (Nurse), and Carolynn (Tech) were absolutely terrific. They were attentive, caring, helpful, and empathetic. My unpleasant situation was made a comfortable experience due solely to their wonderful care. Thank you ladies for your dedication to your patients and selfless career choices.

I came in with a bom of 140, my blood pressure was through the roof had severe chest pains and had and ekg was told to go back into waiting room for another 3.5 hrs only to be told sorry They were busy

Would give negative stars if available!!

Takes 3 hours just to be registered and another hour just to be seen
