I have numerous medical issues the past few years. The specialists I have had have treated me with the greatest decency and respect. The receptionists have always been kind and accommodate my needs for scheduling appointments. The treatment I get from SMS Medical is nothing short of professional and efficient. I cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Positive interactions with Dr. Wilson and staff and the lab. Dr. Wilson has listened carefully to all my medical complaints and addressed every one. I couldn’t be happier. The lab staff are polite and helpful.

This doctor’s office is horrible and highly unprofessional. I have had several negative experiences in which one included malpractice. The secretary is very disrespectful and extremely unorganized. Because I am not a doctor and at the time I didn’t Know what was best, he performed a procedure in which he shouldn’t that later needed to be corrected surgically. I went to speak with the doctor and he refused as the receptionists were very aggressive while cussing me out. I have two kids that went there that no longer do for a number of reasons. The doctor even insisted on seeing my child in the hallway before during a private appointment which also was very distasteful so I cut it short and left. I regret I didn’t stop going there sooner as me and my kids were the ones it impacted most. If you’re smart you’ll read this review as a warning, Or if you’re curious you’ll find out for yourself.

So many issues during my first visit. First issue was they lost my medical records and blamed me for not having them on me when in fact my doctor sent them and they had emSitting in a box. 2nd issue they tried to get me to sign a privacy notice without actually giving me the notice to read. This place is all over the place and unorganized I will never come back here !

My family has been seeing Dr.Tsanotelis for about 30 years my mom being 1 of his 1st patients both the the Dr. and staff are great and if you do wait a bit longer be assured he will also spend the extra time with you.

Waited an extra 45 min after checking in before getting up and saying something to discover that the secretary forgot to check me in. Then they bring me right in to Hamada and he doesnt even know what the appointment is for. I ask him questions about the medication he pushes on me and the only reply I get from him is its good. Every step of the way since then, dealing with this office has not gotten any better. Ive caught the secretary in more than one lie, most likely to cover up that she is not doing her job. Its a struggle to get them to do anything that requires action including answering the phone and returning calls.
