I have a really bad fear of the dentist due to shotty work done by Dental Dreams...more like a dental nightmare if u ask me.. they wrecked my mouth and I needed a good reliable dentist to fix it...I had past experience with Dr. Catrambone for my wisdom teeth removal and a couple other times I needed oral surgery. I booked the appointment, met Dr. Cerciello and he was totally amazing. Hes gentle and patient and put me at more ease than Ive been at the dentist in yrs! Im so grateful for that and he even referred me to a better general dentist for the future, so I NEVER have to go back to dental dreams (I wouldnt have anyway!) Every single person working in this office is amazing, theyre polite, caring, and very personable. I felt very comfortable. Thank you to everyone that took such good care of me, from the first phone call for booking, til the day of surgery, you all are incredible! I would highly highly recommend this office!

I was freaking out to have A tooth extracted especially being awake. A little more nervous after reading some negative reviews here.I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived. Didn’t wait longer then 10 min. Everyone was soo nice & helped keep me calm. Dr. Ferraro was amazing!! If I ever have to do this again I will be asking for him!He told me everything that was happening step by step & was really nice & kept me calm with my severe anxiety.Highly recommend him!!

I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chuang. I was so anxious to have the procedure done, I didn’t even want to step foot in the office. Dr Chuang was quick, but took his time explaining the procedure and cleared up all the concerns I had! I was extremely pleased with how fast I was healed up! The pain was manageable, and overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience.Thank you Dr. Chuang!

This place is a scam. We were told our insurance would cover 100% when we got the quote. And after the wisdom teeth surgery, they billed us for $190. We tried to talk to the office many times but they kept pushing us to wait by saying they would call us back. And now, they sent our case to a credit collection service. Totally ridiculous!

I hate the dentist and I have heard horror stories about having your wisdom teeth out. For me having my wisdom teeth out was a big deal due to all the things that were told to me . I was super nervous. Dr. Catrambone and his nurses are amazing. I had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I cant get over how good I feel. I can eat/drink fine, I’m not sleepy or feel like I had a procedure done at all. I was nervous about being “put under” but it feels like a nice short sleep and when I woke up it felt like I was only under for 5 mins. I couldn’t get over how quick it was. I thought I would feel sick and be in recovery for hours but after 20 mins I was ready to go and felt good. If I could tell myself this years ago I would. 1. Don’t listen to those who tell you horror stories, they clearly did not go to a good surgeon. And 2. I highly recommend Dr. Catrambone especially if the dentist gives you anxiety , Dr. Catrambone puts you right at ease and answers all your questions . This is coming from a women who has been told to get her wisdom teeth out since she was 15. I’m 28 now and if I could have told myself this years ago I would have . Go do it, get it done, then it’s over with. Make sure it is with Dr. Catrambone!Thank you bunches !

My husband recently was a patient of Dr R. j. Catrambone . He had to have a root removed from his gum which had previously had a root canal done. He started working on the gum before it was numb. The dentist never mentioned stitches until they fell out. Stay away from this dentist.

The person who did my wisdom teeth consultation is no longer there anymore which made the whole process of getting my wisdom teeth out take months longer. I was given an appointment instead with Dr August. She was very unprofessional and waited to reschedule my appointment until after I signed the forms and was in the chair awaiting the surgery I had scheduled for that day. This happened during a pandemic. I came in for no reason that day even though I was scheduled to have surgery. I still have my wisdom teeth. i still have pressure and pain from this. The woman by the phone at the counter when I went in was very polite and professional. I just wish the staff kept their noses inside of their masks while they work 100 percent of the time. some of them were very good about wearing masks and PPE properly but others were not. everyone but Dr August was helpful. almost none of them were properly social distancing, Dr august included. there was a point towards the end of my visit when i was attempting to back away from her to a distance of 6 feet and she kept inching closer. i had to remind her to properly distance. Dr August is unprofessional. I personally do not trust her with my health at all. And i dont trust her to maintain distance properly during a pandemic. and I honestly dont believe anyone else should either. Please attempt to go somewhere else if you can. I have been nothing but polite with these people.

My name is Tammy and I need to start out by telling you how Im PETRIFIED of the dentist. When I was a little girl I had my 1st tooth pulled and it traumatized me. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. After that, my parents had to fight with me to get my cleanings. Once I was a teenager, I flat-out refused to go (and of course, there was no making a 200lb teenager go to the dentist....no matter how bad my parents tried). That being said, my teeth never got the proper care they should have received (nobodys fault but my own). I didnt go back to the dentist until it was too late. I had to have 16 teeth removed. For those that dont know it, thats half your teeth. Also, not a pleasant experience. That was not only the last time I went to the dentist, but it was almost 14 years ago. Last week I had 5 more teeth extracted by Dr. Catrambone and I can honestly say that EVERY visit I have had over the past week has been amazing. I have severe anxiety over the dentist since my childhood & not only did he and his staff make me feel comfortable each time, he also reassured me that Im in good hands. As of today, I am 100% pain free and I will never have another toothache again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Catrambone to anyone and everyone....especially if you have a major fear of the dentist. Literally one of the best dental experiences of my life. Thank you Dr. Catrambone and your team!!

I didn’t leave a review the first time I came because I didn’t want to be one to complain. But after attending again and sitting here in the lobby for an hour, during a pandemic, for an appointment I had at 10 am is ridiculous. The lack of professionalism, preparation and communication is astonishing. The receptionists shows her anger by slamming the glass, combative when you give advice that it’s best to mention when confirming an appointment if any documents are missing or xrays. Communication is key. If something is needed for the appointment .. SAY IT WHEN CONFIRMING! just like you mention to arrive early. I arrived at 9:43 am and it is 11:03’and I am still waiting in the lobby. There is no excuse ... things could be preventative . We are living in a pandemic and people are already hesitant to come out, and now to wait for an hour and haven’t even seen anyone wipe down the chairs nothing !

Dr. Catrambone removed my wisdom teeth less than a week ago, and I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. He and the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease - Ive never been afraid of the dentist, but the idea of oral surgery and being sedated made me extremely anxious. Granted he said I was his easy case, but the procedure was quick, and theres been little to no pain afterward. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great until they refused to even think about giving me pain meds after a double tooth extraction. we had a conversation about me being a cancer survivor and having a chronic pain condition (fibromyalgia) and they STILL talked down to me and said you will be fine!. I am not fine. I am in unparalleled agony, throwing up from the intense pain that my body cannot regulate properly due to my nerve disease. Im absolutely never going back and Im warning others away as well.

This place is very unprofessional and unfriendly..First, they told me to go on line and fill out the patient information in advance..I tried twice to fill it out but both times after almost an hour of trying to fill it out, the information I had put in just disappeared. There is no “Save” button only a submit “submit” button. The third time I figured I would start filling it out and press the “submit” button figuring I could go back in and update it...But there was no way to go back and add information. When I got to the building where they are located, there was no signage to tell you which was the West wing or the East wing. So I had to walk around and ask people. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got there at 1:20 because I figured I would have to finish filling out paperwork.I finally found the office and there were about a dozen people in the waiting room. I went to check in and the receptionist said, “You need to fill out the rest of your paperwork, the information is incomplete” .not, “Hi 😃, How are you? I told her that I tried to fill it out on line but it kept losing the information because there was no “save button “. Instead of saying something like “ Sorry for the inconvenience “ she said, “Yes, I know. You have to fill it all out at once.” Never once did she smile, she only acted annoyed.I started to fill out the information and it asked for my, and my ex husbands social security numbers and drivers license numbers. I asked her why she needed the social security number, and she said, “So we can look up the records online.” I told her that my dentist and endodontist looked it up by our names and birthday. She said, “Well, that’s how we do it here.” I called my ex husband and asked for his social security number, and he said, “They don’t need that” and refused to give it to me. At that point I asked for her supervisor. The supervisor figured out ho to look it up without his social security number.I asked the supervisor when I would be able to see the dr. My appointment was at 1:30 and it was already 2:20. She said, “It looks like you are next in line.” While I waited, 3 people got up and left because they had all been waiting over 45. Minutes. I asked the other people in the waiting room and they all said they had been waiting at least 45 minutes. Finally at 2:25 the nurse called my name and took me back to the appointment room. She said the doctor was finishing up with a patient. I told her I had already waited an hour and I had to get back to work. She said I would probably be able to see him in 15 minutes but first they had to take ex rays. I told her that my endodontist had already sent the ex rays over electronically. She said, “Well, let me look through our emails and see if I can find them”.At that point I told her I had to get back to work and I wasn’t coming back.

This practice is host to a clean office with friendly staff, and modern equipment. Ive had two teeth pulled by Dr. Frangos at this practice in the last year and a half, and several years ago I had two badly impacted wisdom teeth removed. My visits with Dr. Frangos have been great. Shes an experienced and exceptionally talented oral surgeon. Before doing any work, she always counsels me about the issue. In this respect she is always sincere, straightforward, and unambiguous with her advice.Dr. Frangos surgical work is professional and swift. She can perform a tooth extraction in a surprisingly short amount of time while using gentle and precise handiwork. This of course means less pain and less anxiety if or when youre frightened. Additionally, she doesnt perform treatments nor prescribe medications that are unnecessary. When you take into consideration the number of patients who visit this office daily, their quality of patient care is outstanding. Also, because the building is nearly adjacent to Route 24, its very easy to find. If youre on the South Coast, Id highly recommend having your dentist refer you here; all of the doctors here really know their stuff.
