Just recently got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr.Catrambone and he was absolutely amazing. I was super super nervous and he and his staff went out of their way to assure me I was safe and in good hands (which I was). The office calls to check in following surgery and they did a great job making sure I was prepared for the surgery as there are rules to follow prior to receiving it. I’ve had zero complications (thankfully) and it is all thanks to the Dr. And his team!!

Great experience (if getting teeth extracted can be described as great) The office is very focused on the patient being prepared about the wisdom teeth extraction process and letting you know what to expect or what could happen. My daughter did not watch video online so we had to do so in the office before the consult, which is not exciting but is part of the very professional process they manage. The staff is pleasant and wait was minimal for both consult and procedure a few weeks later. Dr. Catrambone is very friendly and is highly recommended by local dentists. He has treated my husband for complicated procedure as well. Very happy

This place is very unprofessional and unfriendly..First, they told me to go on line and fill out the patient information in advance..I tried twice to fill it out but both times after almost an hour of trying to fill it out, the information I had put in just disappeared. There is no “Save” button only a submit “submit” button. The third time I figured I would start filling it out and press the “submit” button figuring I could go back in and update it...But there was no way to go back and add information. When I got to the building where they are located, there was no signage to tell you which was the West wing or the East wing. So I had to walk around and ask people. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got there at 1:20 because I figured I would have to finish filling out paperwork.I finally found the office and there were about a dozen people in the waiting room. I went to check in and the receptionist said, “You need to fill out the rest of your paperwork, the information is incomplete” .not, “Hi 😃, How are you? I told her that I tried to fill it out on line but it kept losing the information because there was no “save button “. Instead of saying something like “ Sorry for the inconvenience “ she said, “Yes, I know. You have to fill it all out at once.” Never once did she smile, she only acted annoyed.I started to fill out the information and it asked for my, and my ex husbands social security numbers and drivers license numbers. I asked her why she needed the social security number, and she said, “So we can look up the records online.” I told her that my dentist and endodontist looked it up by our names and birthday. She said, “Well, that’s how we do it here.” I called my ex husband and asked for his social security number, and he said, “They don’t need that” and refused to give it to me. At that point I asked for her supervisor. The supervisor figured out ho to look it up without his social security number.I asked the supervisor when I would be able to see the dr. My appointment was at 1:30 and it was already 2:20. She said, “It looks like you are next in line.” While I waited, 3 people got up and left because they had all been waiting over 45. Minutes. I asked the other people in the waiting room and they all said they had been waiting at least 45 minutes. Finally at 2:25 the nurse called my name and took me back to the appointment room. She said the doctor was finishing up with a patient. I told her I had already waited an hour and I had to get back to work. She said I would probably be able to see him in 15 minutes but first they had to take ex rays. I told her that my endodontist had already sent the ex rays over electronically. She said, “Well, let me look through our emails and see if I can find them”.At that point I told her I had to get back to work and I wasn’t coming back.

Had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Got panicky before the procedure began and cried a little. I wish any of the staff in the room would have offered me words of comfort. All 3 noticed my upset and I was open about my nervousness but nothing. Bedside manner aside the job got done. I don’t recall being told anything after the fact though and I guess that’s from the after effects of the meds. I felt great yesterday but today my pain has increased dramatically and I had a very rough night. Plan on calling in a few hours to see if I can be called in anything else since they only gave me Motrin 600 which I told them I already take so it really doesn’t offer me anything at all.

After another oral surgeon didn’t make me feel like I was in the best hands, I was then recommended to Dr. Catrambone for wisdom teeth extraction. I stepped into his beautiful office and was greated by his pleasant staff who answered all my questions and concerns. They contacted insurance for me and handled all of that business unlike the other place I had gone. My experience was already 10 times better... then I met Dr. Catrambone, what a lovely, caring, and welcoming man. He made me feel like I was his only priority (as everyone likes to feel when getting any surgery, regardless of that obviously not being the case) he even took interest in TMJ issues I’ve had for years that the previous Dr. totally overlooked. Today I had the surgery and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I had to get all 4 removed and I was in and out of his office in an hour and a half. I could not thank him enough for making me feel comfortable and safe and giving me the experience everyone deserves to have when trusting someone with any surgery. Thankyou again to Dr. Catrambone and your amazing staff!!!

Dr Catrambone is an outstanding, exceptional oral surgeon. I have had not one but two implantswithin the last two years.Because of the nature of my profession (New England Patriots) Dr. Catrambone was willing to work around my schedule to insure a successful outcome of each implant (not an easy feat).A year ago I called Dr. Catrambone to complain about a sinus condition ( I had no idea whether it was related to the impants). He scheduled me that day and gave me a prescription for what turned out to be asinus infection.I still have no idea if the infection was releted to the surgery or not. It really did not matter he diagnoisedmy situation and four or five days later I no longer had the sinus infection. This is a surgeon going the extra mile maybe two extra miles.Jeff CohenSharon, Ma.
