I enrolled my 7 yr old granddaughter in swimming for the first time in May 2021, each session my granddaughter has improved her swimming style and technique. Each instructor was equally as professional and knowledgeable. The person who coordinates the session is also very helpful and professional. I am totally in awe at the growth of my granddaughters swimming thanks to the instructors at Westfield Childcare Center.

My son looks forward to swimming lessons and Jorge works so well with him! Can’t wait for lessons to start back up!

They have the children change for pool, both before and afterwards, in the classroom in front of eachother. I brought this up to the office out of concern for autonomy, and the fact that they have cameras everywhere in the classroom where this could be recorded. They stated that this was done due to time constraints and the size of the class. I mentioned that this was not good practice, and my friend who works for DCF agreed. Lisa stated, This is not reportable and thats the last Im going to say about that. Well, we will see then.

My daughter loves this place! Awesome swimming instructors very well trained and great with the kids! They also have great staffs. Also, Great communication when theres a cancellation etc. Would definitely recommend!I gave it a 4 star because I would recommend a shower/changing area because my daughter would have to leave the swimming area to the bathroom to change and Ive seen a parent changing their children in the swimming area. I dont like leaving my child smelling like chlorine. It would be convenient for parents especially when some kids have another activities to go too.

Great experience, my oldest son loved coming here. He looked forward to it always. The staff is great as they really care about your kid. The facility is secured with cameras so they always know who is going in and out. Great experience and I can’t wait for my youngest to attend as soon as space becomes available. No complaints.

My family and I have been so blessed to have found a child care center in like Westfield. From the first time I visited to now, there has been nothing but genuine smiles and friendly greetings from Susan and all the other staffs. The attention and care my daughter receives from her teachers was beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a caring environment for your child, look not further. They’re all a pleasure to work with and would get nothing but 5 stars from me. Keep up the great work Westfield!

My youngest went here for full time daycare and my oldest for the after school program. We loved it here! The ladies in the toddler room really made me feel comfortable leaving my baby with them. They loved him and all the other children like they were their own. My oldest always spoke highly of his after school counselor. Unfortunately, we had to move out of state but I recommend Westfield to everyone I know still in the south shore area.

My kids love this place. Swim instructors are all very nice and work really well with my children. They’re patient and considerate of my kids special needs! I definitely plan to keep coming back.

My husband and I recently bought a home in Brockton and we will be continuing to bring our son here for lessons! I was nervous bringing my 6 month old in for mommy and me swimming, and being a new busy working mother, it completely slipped my mind to bring swim diapers and the girls gave us one to save me the time from stopping at the store after work. These girls are 18 years old and are so mature and knowledgeable; they were personable, fantastic with the children, and they had a curriculum prepared for the 45 minute swim class. They made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I am so pleased with this location and the young ladies who run it so effectively. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you to Megan and the crew!

Its a nice place for a birthday party. My kids had a few there. They liked it. Its a little tight spaced but its okay. The pool is a walk in, so the small kids could still touch the ground and walk around in the water. The older kids could swim out deeper. The party room was set up before we got there, so that helped a lot. I wouldnt mind having our next birthday party there but it seems the party packages have each jumped about $100 higher. For the mini party, it simply is just no longer worth it because the 45 minutes of swimming time goes super, super quick. A lot of the guests get dissapointed with that. Some of them come from other cities and towns. Its worth it to ask guests to already have their bathing suits on before they come because changing wastes about 5-10 minutes of that time.There are packages with a half hour or an hour more but they are even more expensive now.

Instructors are kind, patient and caring with the kids. Small class size is great because they get more time actually in the water. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We had a birthday party here and it was great. The staff was so attentive to the kids, all the parents felt the kids were safe and in good hands in the water. The price was very reasonable as well. Well definitely be back for another birthday party!

My kids love Westfield. My oldest child (8 years old) learned how to swim at Westfield 2 to 3 years ago. Now I have to girls (4 and 2) that is learning to swim at Westfield.

I am satisfied with the day to day operations of the staff. My son is always happy to go to Westfield Child Center everyday. Excellent Service, attention to hygiene in order to prevent the spread of common virus. Many veteran members of staff in child early education.

Westfiled swim program is the best around!They have convenient on line sign up and billing.The instructors are friendly and knowlegable. My daughter looks forward to her lessons. Even though they work her hard, she has fun!I work a variable schedule. Kelly is accommodating and flexible to make sure my daughter gets her lessons in.My 10 yo daughter says, they have the best instructors!Highly recommend

This is a great place! I bring my boys here and I see how much they’ve learned and how comfortable they feel in the water. Everyone is great! I’m awful with names but everyone is great from Rebecca, to Kelly, to Emily, to Kat and everyone else! I highly recommend this place! And it’s very affordable!

My kids used to go to YMCA for their swimming class. Every class was full, a lot of kids and I felt my kids weren’t getting the right training. I then tried Westfield Child Center and I love it. The staff are so pleasant and great with kids.

My daughter is now on first grade and still contacts her teacher occasionally and wants to visit all the time. Constantly referring to how much she missed her old school. That says it all.

Westfield Child Center is a first class child care center, everyone is very professional and caring.

Every year its always struggle coming up with new ideas for a winter bday party. I had my sons bday party at Westfield for his 6th and 7th bday... and what a Blast both years! The staff was professional and courteous. The pool, party space, and time limit was perfect. No complaints and would definitely have another party there and would reccomend Westfield as a Amazing and affordable place for a party.

Worst place. My grand-daughter (3.5 years old) was hit and bullied by another little girl and the staff expected my grand-daughter to handle it. The staff only care about the money, not the child.

The BEST daycare you can send your child to in Brockton, and its coming from a mother that has tried five! The staff is awesome and they actually care. The care starts as soon as you hit the door. You are welcomed with a smile and the actually say hello lol. They administration staff knows all the children by there first name and have their own little personal relationship with them. I consider myself to be an over the top parent and I can be very demanding at times. Not one time have they ever gave me an attitude, it was always I understand and what can we can I do to help or solve the problem I absolutely love this place and its definitely the administration staff and my sons kindergarten teacher (Ms. Cynthia with the glasses :-) that keeps me happy. The are on top of everything from the medication, to the medical records, to the behavior of, the children and most importantly the SAFETY. Each room is kept under surveillance and the monitors are kept in the front lobby for your convenience of viewing, in which I often take advantage of. This school is also a peanut free school which is great because my son has a peanut allergy. I have a great relationship with the staff and I am definitely a parent that likes to be fully involved. My sons teacher takes the time each morning and to have a brief conversation with to inform me on anything that she feels I may need to know. I absolutely love her, my sons father and I have a GREAT relationship with her and I love the hard work and dedication she gives everyday. This is my sons last year here and I am most definitely having bitter sweet moments but I am glad that I most the choice of sending my son here. He will be attending before and after care here so well see them again. You can not go wrong with Westfield. Hands down the school ever. My son has learned so MUCH
