My hair was done by Helena Morales. She put so much oil in my hair and refused to do it over when I explained how heavy my hair was. It was all about the money for her and not about satisfying her client. I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon. Helena Morales is not professional. I came home and had to rewash my hair myself after coming from the salon and paying her full price. Very disappointing! I wish I could leave zero stars.

I showed the stylist I got, Carla, photos and videos of exactly how I wanted my hair done, even stopped her a couple times and told her it didn’t look right. She just said “wait till I get to the middle of your head and you’ll see it looks good.” She even said she messed up in creole not knowing I could understand her. When she was finished I asked her to fix it and she commented to someone else that I was just like another client “wanted everything exactly perfect”. Well yes, of course. If I’m paying the money I want it done right. My hair was frizzy 2 hours later. Will never be returning and don’t recommend that anyone else do so either, waste of money.

This place is great. I got a wash and blow dry and so did my little sister. The owner is so nice and I love the layout of the place ... super cute
