The ladies here provided great service and were very knowledgeable. I didn’t know much about the style I wanted and they were very helpful and made sure my hair came out looking incredible. Super pleased! Would totally recommend :)

My daughter made an appointment for 9 am and upon arrival 2 people were already being worked on with others waiting, she waited 1hr and a half not being seen yet as they took a young lady before my daughter she called me and told me i told her to leave and i will schedule somewhere else, as she was leaving one of the braiders said oh you can wait she is on her way my daughter looked confused the braider that said that was the one that the appt was made with my daughter left and has an appointment for later in the day elsewhere.... Bad customer service.... stop overbooking people have things to do and there time is just as precious as yours.

Aua did so nice on my hair. She was quick and it did not hurt that much when she was braiding it. When I called to schedule my appointment, she was very nice telling me what kind of hair to get and disclosed the price over the phone. I recommend this service and I will return.

It’s been 4 days since I got My hair braided and My scalp is still on fire, I specifically stated I’m tinder headed and not to do it too tight but was ignored and she continued to braid it tight, nice style but extremely uncomfortable!!! Can NOT sleep!

I made an appointment with the owner the day of appointment she is on vacation so unprofessional.

Can’t tell you how they braid because I waited 40 mins for someone to get there! I text the day before about was it cash only... and told her that I would see her tomorrow at 9. I got to the salon at 859 and gave the 10 mins before I called. I called... I text.. called again!!! After 35 mins of waiting ... she text me asking me if the girls are there?! Smh!!! Sad because I’m the first to write down a negative review!!

Nice neat braids but she braid way to tight..
