This is my fourth set of hearing aids, all from HearingLife/Mass. Audiology. In every case, the service and the instruments have been excellent and with steady improvement of the quality. I have recommended HearingLife to several others and all have been very pleased, too.

Very poor client service. Felt like I was talking with a used car sales person. My hearing aids stopped working. I brought them in and I was told I needed new more expensive aids. When I asked what was wrong I was told they are old.I was told I had wax in my ears. I went to my ENT and the wax was removed. Went back to the sales person and asked if hed check my hearing again to see if I really needed a different more costly type of aid. I was told i didnt need to be retested all I needed was to be fitted for molded aids at a cost of $4000 .Im on a fixed income. He told me that I could take out an interest free loan. I cant afford the monthly payment. So, to make a very long story short my son (who also wears hearing aids) did a routine maintenance on my hearing aids and low and behold I CAN HEAR they are working just fine. I felt the service I received bordered on elder abuse. Pressuring me to purchase an item the was not needed.

I WAS TREATED VERY WELL. THE STAFF ARE VERY MUCH CURTIOUS & SO VERY RESPECTFUL.

I felt very comfy and was treated very professionally ,time was taken to have everything explained to me to understand how The hearing aids work and to hear better with them. Overall it was done excellent. A thank you to staff.

They went above and beyond to get my mother’s hearing aid back to her after a repair. Colleen is amazing. She really aims to please. They seem to be under new management, and we are very pleased with the changes.

They reassured me that my hearing test was valid after conflicting results from a Brockton ENT.
