They staff there come from similar lifestyles and have all recovered setting good examples for other struggling addicted they have been in ur shoes and understand unlike staff members who claim to know our lifestyle through getting a college degree. Overall very good staff. Patients are reckless but we all are lol. Derek is great too.. they just need a better basketball hoop and maybe a fitness program to help w recovery. FOOD IS GREAT

Worst customer service. I spoke to Rashida, who I assume handles customer service. I asked her a question, but before I could finish, Rashida purposely hung up the call. This experience left my situation unresolved and me feeling unimportant. I can’t believe that an employee of a treatment center would treat people with such hostility and unprofessionalism. An employee should provide the means to create a nice and friendly atmosphere, especially at a treatment center. Clearly, Rashida is not fit for this role if she cannot complete these simple tasks.

Its clean all the staff are friendly they are acknowledgeable. They answer all your questions and they are eager to help you.
