A few shining stars as far as the staff goes, but would never recommend to send anyone to this facility.Very disappointed in the follow up and inadequate care.

Horrible experience, I got hired and no one communicated with me, about my hire stuff. Super rude to me. I will never be going back again. I don’t recommend this facility to ANYONE.

Tried to get my grandmother into this facility and they denied her without really giving a real reason. Very odd and what is even more strange is that the director of nursing said that she didn’t feel comfortable going into detail. My grandmother is in a wheel chair and that is about it, so I’m not sure what level of care they feel that they can not meet. Nonetheless, I would expect a DIRECTOR to be able to communicate that, so that leaves me to assume it is some form of discrimination which explains why they refused to give a reason.

My husband has been residing at The Avenue at Broadview Hts for four months. The staff has provided excellent care; they are very professional and treat the residents with loving care .

My friend has been admitted here . $9000/ month ! Outrageous prices .
