HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this Dr and staff!!!! I went here for my first root canal, and as soon as I was greeted by the staff, my nerves calmed down immensely! The staff was amazing, friendly, talked me through entire procedure up front and made me feel comfortable and calm. Doctor was very friendly and explained things as well. Office was very clean and everyone followed covid protocol. Doctor and assistant had a great flow and communication with instruments. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! And I’m pain free!!!

I just went yesterday and had a root canal done. IT WAS PAINLESS! I was so scared, I wanted to be anywhere but there, but I was greeted by friendly people at the front, and once I got back to the chair the dentist was so friendly I SERIOUSLY DIDNT EVEN FEEL THE SHOT. best shots Ive ever gotten, I even asked for an extra shot just because I was nervous about feeling it. The whole experience was amazing, if you are nervous like I was GO HERE! dr. Hahn was amazing. Definitely recommend this place! 👌

Found myself in a tough spot with a bad tooth, these folks saw me same day and fixed me up. Cant promise theyll do the same for you, but I received a quick and practically painless root canal. No biggie.

My visit was handled very well. Very professional. They were ready for me as soon as I got there. I was well informed as to what my condition was and what my options were before I agreed to start the root canal. They made me feel like I was in good hands and made sure I was comfortable, or as much as I could be. They appear to really have a good system there and all the right equipment. The entire procedure didnt take very long. Everything seemed to go very well. I highly recommend this location.

Southwest got me in on a next day root canal treatment. The procedure was quick and painless. Everyone in the office was very nice and everyone was able to answer my questions. Great place to go if you need the work done!

Dr.Lee always makes me feel comfortable. My first gum graft she did has worked out well, no problems in 3 yrs. My second we had issues and she worked with me to alleviate my worries and improve the graft. I recommend her and her office. Professional atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by my dentist to have an implant done, and was expecting to have a positive experience, but I had nothing but problems.First, I had to wait 4 months to get to where I had an estimate from my insurance company. And that wasn’t because it took them that long, it was because the staff never let me know it was done and they acted surprised when I told them the document was in my insurance account. I had to send it to them.Second, because the process took so long, they’re status with my insurance company changed 2 months prior to having the implant put in, and I was not told. So I was billed over $1000 above my original estimate with incorrect explanations from the staff until I got to the bottom of it with my insurance. When I contacted them, I was told it was somehow my fault for not knowing.Dr. Lee is wonderful, it is everything else that is disappointing. I would recommend going elsewhere and I will be doing so for the other implant that I need.

Double root canal. Dr. Vig was efficient and got it done quickly and pain during procedure was manageable. As I never had such before I was expecting it to be much worse than it was. Recovery was just a couple days and a few Motrins. Hope to not need another one, but if I do, would see him again! Assistant was also excellent, overall operation is clearly well run and staffed by pros.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. Dr. Hahn has a very calm and composed demeanor which made me feel at ease. I was consistently asked if I was doing okay throughout the procedure. Ive had multiple root canals in the past, and this was by far my best experience with the easiest recovery.

It feels odd to give 5 stars for something like dental surgery, but I am!! Dr. Lee was highly recommended to me, and I would definitely ditto that and recommend her to a friend. She’s done two dental surgeries on me in the past 6 months, and I have more scheduled with her in the future.I feel in I’m in great hands with her!!

Dr. Vigg and his staff were extraordinarily skilled and professional. They were able effectively address a complicated issue quickly. There was almost no waiting and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, including Dr. Vigg. Im not planning to get another root canal any time soon, but if I need one I would absolutely return to this office.

I was disappointed with the pricing here because everyone there gave me different prices for the same services. I was told one thing would be free, but they charged me money for it. The doctor gave me a special scan that cost over $200, and then afterward he said he didnt know what to do when he looked at it! So, I left the clinic still in pain and with no solution from this dentist. Very unfortunate and unpleasant!

The doctor was very competent and the root canal he performed was entirely painless. The young lady who took my X-Ray was new to her job, but you wouldnt know it. She was just that good. And finally, Chris at the front desk was very helpful and was able to schedule my appointment quickly and work with my dental insurance in determining my pre-estimate. My last root canal was 20 years ago and it wasn’t pleasant. So I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was treated courteously by staff. I explained that I had hearing aids and asked that the doctor speak clearly and slowly—he did. The procedure was explained as the doctor was doing it. He was very efficient.This was not an unpleasant experience.

Went in for emergency visit for extreme tooth pain and got sent here for a root canal. Took me in the same day and fixed me up with one of the smoothest and fastest procedures ive had in a while. Dr. Vig was exceptional. No more pain! Staff was very friendly and fun. Clean offices. Explained the procedure well which made me at ease and was very informative. First of all Ive known Nancy, that works in there office over 40 years. From a previous dentist that had retired. I had Dr. Joong Hahn whom is wonderful. Ask him a question and hell respond with an answer, you can understand. Very thoughtful and caring place of endodontics here. Their waiting room is very comfortable with a restroom close by and covid restrictions in place, for seating.Hopefully one day these will go away and this world can get back to normal, like we knew it. This covid 19 virus is terrible.What I really like about South West Endo is there locations and availabilty when calling them. They can get you in for an appointment quickly, not waiting months to get in. They have 2 offices, Macedonia & Broadview Heights.

I just had a tooth extracted as the first stage of an implant. I was extremely impressed with Dr Estemalik’s diagnosis of my issues, his professionalism as well as his bedside manner. He explained the process in detail and made me feel very comfortable. The extraction itself was nearly painless and the pain after the extraction has been very minor. It’s been remarkably less painful than my other implants that involved bone graphs. I could not recommend them more highly.

This was my fifth root canal performed by Dr. Hahn. Very professional, always talked to me first about the procedure. I am very comfortable with him and his staff and highly recommend his services. Anyone who has experienced the mouth pain prior to needing a root canal knows that the sooner you address the issue the better for the relief of that pain. Living in the Youngstown/Warren area, my local providers were unable to schedule me right away and I was looking at two weeks out. After receiving a list of providers from my insurance company, I began calling to find help sooner. Initially, Southwest Endontics was also booked. Then I received a call from Linda, the administrative office assistant. They had a cancellation and could get me in the next day. It was a 45 minute drive but when I arrived I was instantly surprise. Walking into the office, I experienced an ambiance of relaxation and jazz playing overhead. Linda greeted me with a reassuring smile that I was in the right place. Once taken back to the exam room, I was now taken care of by Barb, whom was also very personable and working to put my nerves at ease. Jazz continues to play while I get my x-rays and meet with Dr. Mickel. Dr. Mickel was so gentle while performing the procedure and talked me through the entire process. Going into the whole thing blind and not knowing the staff was nerve-wrecking, however; Dr. Mickel and his staff were amazing. I’m so thankful for the optimal care that I received as well as the wonderful “bedside manor” and dignity that I felt throughout the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an endodontist.

Getting a root canal was a breeze..I highly recommend them !

I was referred here by my dentist because they had a concern about one of my teeth possibly needing a root canal and wanted me to see an endodontist. I called to schedule a consultation and they had an opening that day. I went in and unfortunately was very disappointed with the experience. I honestly don’t even know what doctor I saw because he didn’t introduce himself. He came in, looked at my x-ray and said that I needed a root canal, and all of a sudden was starting to bring a needle toward my mouth to numb me, without explaining anything. I stopped him and explained that I wasn’t there for a procedure, just a consultation and that I had questions. He seemed incredibly annoyed and directed his assistant to take me to the front and schedule the root canal, then left the room. Having never had dental work I had so many questions and concerns but he clearly wasn’t interested. I understand that there may have been a miscommunication with the receptionist and it wasn’t scheduled correctly but that’s not my fault and he could’ve handled the situation much better. I never went back.Instead I went to the Visage Surgical Institute in Medina and I highly recommend them. Dr. Usman is fabulous and I felt so comfortable seeing her. When I first went to see her she did a thermal test, electric pulse test, and an x-ray on the tooth instead of 1 single x-ray to diagnose. She said that I didn’t need a root canal. I kept seeing her to keep an eye on the tooth and years later I needed a root canal because I had trauma to the tooth and it calcified. She did an amazing job and I didn’t feel a thing.

I had 2 root canals and I didn’t feel any discomfort. Everyone was very pleasant and always checking to see if I’m ok. Great experience overall😊

Excruciating nerve pain for 2 weeks, after having a procedure. My doctor referred me to Dr. Vig and he got me right in to do a root canal to get me out of pain. Even followed up with a phone call (in which I’ve never had a doctor call me directly) to further instruct me on how to treat my pain at home. Very comfortable and knowledgeable, he knew that the pain I was feeling I could no longer take, next step was emergency room. He fitted me into his jammed packed schedule and treated me like family! 5 stars
