This is by far one of the premier places to go for audiology care. I have been a client here since I was 5 years old. My hearing aids have changed my life tremendously since my hearing loss was first identified in 1997. Being able to hear my tv, go to school and be successfully mainstreamed from self contained Deaf education to regular education classes with ASL interpreters and live a normal life overall. I am truly grateful. It pleases me very much to see the expansion to many more locations and addition of newer staff. I initially was at their University Circle location and now utilize their Broadview Heights location. If you need a hearing test or any other services as it pertains to hearing and speech, please give them a chance.

They staff here are wonderful. They are so nice. My son had been going here since he was a toddler. He was getting speech services here weekly. He loved coming to speech .he still has a hearing aid, but hopefully not for long. He hates to wear it. But other than that, I love going here.

Horrible!!! Lady had no idea why we were there and blammed me for them not getting paper work from Cleveland Clinic, even though I was not told to do so when making the appointment. I was also not informed that the test took 2 hours when I made the appointment or while I was there. The lady giving the test was rude to me and my son...who tells a child they are constantly wrong and makes them feel bad for their answers!!! We did not finish appointment and will never recommend or go back!!
