I used the services here about 6 times in past 2 years and never had any issues until an issue came up this week. The price on one if their services was incorrect and displayed the outdated price by like $30.00 when I questioned this I was give an attitude and made feel like I was lying. Not to mention I wasted an entire afternoon when my first appointment was cancelled upon arrival because the receptionist didnt schedule my appointment right.. I could go on and on about the ridiculous unprofessionalism but I dont feel a need to post my personal information on line. Just make sure you insist on a price quote on paper or you will regret it. And if you have the extra money go elsewhere. If anyone from this office has any objections to this review I welcome you to call me immediately so we can discuss

Services that I have received at About Face with Amber McMillin has always been wonderful. She is a great person and always does her best to make sure the client is happy. After months of talking myself into getting lip fillers I finally decided to go for it! I’ve never been happier with my results and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Amber made me feel comfortable with the process and my lips look absolutely amazing! I 100% recommended about face and can’t wait for my Botox!

I have a been a loyal customer of About Face for 13 years with the original owner and briefly with the new owner. Sue was the person I chose to go to out of the many options in the tri cities. I chose her 13 years ago because of her years of experience, knowledge, and talent. I’ve always been highly satisfied with Sue Cressel, specifically my results and her knowledge of aesthetics. Not once did I experience any disappointment within those years.I was pregnant during the interim of Sue not allowed to work at About Face anymore. Unfortunately, Sue had been treated with hatred and jealousy, in addition to being accused of many things within that time frame. I had purchased filler and banked it while pregnant with the intent of Sue to inject.I had never had an appointment with Amber because I was pregnant during that time. The initial one ended up being a waste of my time because she was not up to date or knowledgeable with recommendations nor confident in making an educated decision. I’ve had four children and I made a point to ask both my OBGYN and pediatrician if hyaluronic acid was acceptable while breast feeding. Amber said I could not get the filler because I was breastfeeding . And as a result I wasted my time to only be numbed and go home.The second appointment I made because I had previously made an appointment with my OBGYN after a bout of mastitis. My OBGYN gave me approval to proceed with hyaluronic acid injection. As a result I was ready to finally get filler. I have always used juvederm ultra for lips. It always lasts a year with Sue’s injection technique. Amber was incessant with me trying restylane kysse vs juvederm. I did not appreciate not having the ultimate decision in what I would be receiving. I ended up getting Kysse and was HIGHLY disappointed only lasted about a month and my lips were uneven.Bottom line be informed who you get to inject and vet them well. Experience, knowledge, and technique are vital. You can’t buy a business and start a new career and expect to do well esp. when you’re too busy trying to defame a competent and talented health care provider. Maybe more time should have been spent learning the art of aesthetics from someone who has years of experience and a good clientele vs being in and out of court with accusations and law suits.Bottom line, would you trust someone with over a decade of experience or someone with 1 year of experience? Plus would you want to go to someone who was more concerned with what she wants you to have injected vs what you paid for and know works best for you from past experience? Good things to consider before making an appointment and getting your face injected with needles from someone .

Amber was very professional. I absolutely love my Botox results so far! I just had it done and can already see the results! I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Ive been having Botox treatments for over 15 years and this has been the best experience Ive had with the injection process.

Amber McMillan injected dysport I seen very little tightening and she said she uses a stronger amount than Sue did so next time I would be charged more! She is 25 with very little experience and she acted like she didnt even know where to inject me. I had to tell her a couple of places to put the dysport. I hate Sue is no longer there i will not ever go back to Amber and pay more when her stronger dose didnt do hardly anything! Amber McMillan called after I posted this and apparently I dont know what Im talking about because I dont have a medical degree! Although Sue Cressel has been doing my face for over 5 years and never EVER did I have a complaint about her work with dysport Bellafill or any of her injections! But Amber said she will do it the way she was trained by Galderm or whoever even though it doesnt work. Her 25 and 30 year old friends probably have no complaints but Im 55 and have some wrinkles and Sue always new where to inject and how much! It will cost you a fortune with Amber and her medical degree she knows more than her customers! Good luck any one who decides to let her do anything to you!
