Unprofessional processing despite being given a doctors order, doctors name and location, records processing fails to comply and to send files to doctor. Have experienced rudeness and lack of prompt compliance from completed files being expedited. With held patient from scheduled appointment over co-payment process which should have and could have been done during check in but instead delayed for a long period of time.

Friendly, and professional staff, I have numerous MRIs in the past 3 years , they were on time, and I was out with in a reasonable amount of time.
