I was here today to get a medical form which listed my name as a parent. And for some reason other people at the reception were not able to print out the correct version. But today was my lucky day “Angie” at the reception was super helpful. So looked very carefully what the issue was, updated my information and printed it for me. Thank you Angie. Five stars to her.

This facility does not care about their patients. I have been actively trying to get simple results from this place for almost a week now and every phone call is just about how quickly they can get me off the phone. They blatantly lack professionalism and their expertise is questionable at best. Quick to prescribe medications but slow to actually assess their patients. This is coming from an RN. I’ve had to wait for hours at times when I’m in excruciating pain and they couldn’t care less. Would recommend almost any other facility in the state than this location.

Pre-Covid average, as of now they just get worse every time I call. Save yourself the trouble. Find somewhere else, anywhere but here

My fiance was on hold for 30+ minutes by the time she was able to talk to someone for clarification on some of her medical information. The phone call was only 30 seconds tops and right then and there, they close for the day. When it comes to medical places, they are the most unhelpful people weve ever had to deal with. Wish I was able to give them a lower rating, but I guess one star will do. I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

There are not enough words to say how much I love pro health. Bristol office doctor Jeff Goldberg, We love him. He really is the best.

Went in for a physical but Dr. Donnell said they messed up and hadnt scheduled me for a physical. Instead, they billed me for a regular office visit. I called to complain, but they denied to fix the issue. At the end of the doctors appointment they also gave me a different patients paperwork, which is a HIPPA violation. Stay away if you want to save your money and keep your privacy safe.

I am happy to go to this clinic for several years Dr.Goldburg is my Doctor and I very comfortable with him. I have also seen other Doctors there and been very pleased .The receptionist is so nice all of them. I recommend this clinic.

This office has gone down hill since Dr. Liftman left. Billing dept is rude. I dont know why there is a referral line when you call three weeks ahead and your referral doesnt go through. Switching doctors
