Unemployed and needed financial assistance but was refused because counselor and supervisor insisted that I need to be able to list an income in order to be elligable. ...went to a different location and received financial assistance with ease. This location deserves less then one star and the general manager and counselor should be fired.

They always help me and work with me if there is any issues... Makes me feel comfortable and staff is very nice and helpful!!
