Every time I go there the medhelp the office and patients waiting rooms are so dirty havent been cleaned in a very long time or ever.The staff is very rude and the Doctor are just trying to upsale unnecessary medical test and everything is COVID symptoms. The Doctor scared me to death telling me I had to go to the Bristol Hospital.

Went there few weeks ago. Very professional and helpful. Grateful for all staff there.

This place was the best... Other walk-ins had 3 hour waits... They saw me right away, had an x-ray on site. They were friendly fast and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Called for information that the Urgent Care could not provide. Julie told me to call the Hospital. I asked for the number and she stated she was new, but would get the information, after a brief hold she stated she did not know it. Good-Bye and hung up. Really? You do not have the hospital you are affiliated with phone number? SCARY and RUDE!!!

Went in to see to if they would check my blood pressure. The lady at the front told me no because they dont just do that. She didnt bother to ask if I had insurance(which I do)The fact that they wouldnt do a courtesy blood pressure check is very bad for business. I would not recommend this place. Im pretty sure there are better urgent care centers out there might offer a courtesy blood pressure check.

Uncomfortable, terrible service. The receptionist are great but those providers could care less about you. Seriously, I’ll never be back. What a waste of my time.

Absolutely disgusted. I had to go due to my primary being booked. I addressed my concern with my my race was listed as nothing close to what my race is and the caucasian woman proceeded to tell me it was No big deal. Turn on the news it is very much a big deal. No respect and they need to be held accountable. Period.

Wouldn’t see my child because I didn’t have child’s card handy although he’s absolutely covered ! Never again

Everybody there, from the intake staff , to the medical staff were very friendly , and helpful. They answered all of my questions in productive ways, and as I was paying out of pocket for my visit, they gave me a discount on the visit. Very happy with the care I received!

Girl at desk said my husbands insurance was not active.she said his insurance card was only for prescriptions ..after trying to tell her it is actuce..we left. Went to med help next to Walgreens..I asked receptionist to check his card..lo and behold its active..it is an all inclusive insurance card. He was treated there very professionally. We will never return to the other place..

I have been to this walk in clinic 4 times over the past year and a half and have never had a complaint. Staff isnt OVERLY friendly, but definitely eager to help and seemingly concerned. A little slow at the front desk today, but nothing to complain about. PAs and doctors are knowledgeable and do what they able based on being a walk in clinic.

NEGATIVE REVIEW- Both my wife and I were sick with the same thing. I was in first thing in the morning, was seen fairly quickly by competent staff. They told me it was bronchitis, and treated it as such. Insurance paid the bill and I was charged nothing. My wife was in later in the afternoon (after work). She is on the same insurance plan. They tried to whack her a $75 co-pay, would not run her insurance card (which would have told them she has no co-pay), and were VERY RUDE. The person who saw her was an intern, not an actual DR or RN, who was very touchy and rude, and got her medical history incorrect. They diagnosed her condition incorrectly (said viral infection, gave antibiotics which treat bacterial). The late afternoon staff is very lacking in customer service, and very rude. I will not be going here ever again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I am very unsatisfied. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Got there at 7:45pm and where told they wont take my daughter because it was to close to closing time. They close at 8:00pm

My stepsons mother owed an outstanding bill for his doctors office and he needed a physical to start school and due to his father and I getting custody we are now responsible for his doctors bill we dont understand how his mother couldnt pay it when we were giving her $210 a week for child support plus buying all his stuff for school and everything else needless to say I had to bring him here to med health and the gave him a physical so he could start school thank you all for taking the time to help us out we appreciate it dearly

I was so anxious and everyone was so wonderful and kind and helpful. As they always are. Cant thank them enough! 😍

The PA seemed to have little bed side manner. I was only there for a sinus infection but he was very short and the exam seemed to be lacking. I felt like the staff didn’t listen and just wrote out a rx. When asked where I wanted it sent I was very clear which pharmacy. They sent it to the wrong one and when I asked them to resend it to the correct pharmacy I was told well the pa can do it in between appointments maybe but it’ll be a while. The person on the phone said they weren’t there at the time and couldn’t explain what happened. I was not rude to her so I wasn’t sure why she so quickly jumped to blaming other people and be rude to me. Then she said that pharmacy would be slow to fill it anyway. Next time I will go else where for care.

Visited Med-Help twice this year. Staff is very courteous and professional. No wait time. Called prior to visit to be certain staff could handle our issue.

I go to Med-Help whenever I have an urgent care issue. I’m usually seen very quickly; the staff is competent and friendly.

The staff is very helpful. Ive never had to wait long and have always been treated with kindness. The PAs are very knowledgable and understanding and have always treated me with the correct medications. I feel like I can rely on this facility for any help I may need.

Fast intake. Thorough and great bed side service

The way a PPD is read is from the induration (height), not the width or redness caused by the plant. I asked the PA to confirm how he measured my plant, which was prompted by seeing him measure length wise across my arm. When I asked him how high the induration (which would have been measured perpendicular to my arm) was, he said it was very slight despite not having actually measured it. Breaking the threshold of 10mm induration would be quite noticeable, especially if running your fingertips across it. I asked for somebody else to read the plant and he stated he was diagnosing me with latent tuberculosis. (Why wouldnt you start me on therapy then?) After an unnecessary quantiferon blood test, yet again I was negative for tuberculosis after going through all of pharmacy school without incident from my PPDs. Instead of wasting healthcare resources on unnecessary tests the PA should just swallow his pride and admitted he was wrong instead of spiting me and deflecting my clarification questions. This is unacceptable and a waste of time for all.

INCREDIBLY rude front desk lady. Normal questions seem to really set her off(??) Maybe go work somewhere where you aren’t supposed to be friendly and welcoming. Just an idea.

Awful. Every time Ive been in within the past few years theyre unable to give me a diagnosis, or treat anything properly (giving antibiotics for viral infections, ect).The female nurse practitioner (Polish or Russian in descent) is very rude and insensitive to the patients. Shes incompetent and in my opinion should seek other employment. The staff and receptionists are very pleasant, its just the doctors and nurses who are unable to detect any problems and theyre very unapologetic. Also, be careful and save your receipts. Bristol hospital has a history of double charging. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Its a much better choice going to UConn or New Britain General. 1/5 stars because 0/5 unfortunately isnt an option.

Cranky staff at the desk, cranky nurse, and moron medical student. I had poison ivy up my legs and he prescribed a cream. a cream my wife has, betamethasone! he didnt believe me, and told me to call her like i was 5. thanks guy youre a moron and not a doctor! 24 seconds in to see me and the PA had made his diagnosis. the cranky overweight nurse made me get in a effing gown too. FOR WHAT?!?! why on earth did i need to do that? I could have flushed 75 dollars directly down the god damned toilet and felt better about it. This place sucks AND its staffed by angry women and dummy PAs. what a waste of an afternoon. refund my money.

Worse place i evere been, no doctor to see just pa with no knowledge at allAsk me what kind of medicine i want for my flu ?Send me to wallgreens for cough syrup ,after waitin for an hour at wallgreensI called them up wondering wher my prescription is only to find out that i can just buy something over the counter .this place is a joke ,dont go there if you realy need medical help!!

We were in and out quickly and the staff and doctor were very pleasant.

With insurance and no co-pay they charge you $100 to be seen and then they bill.

Very nice help more then my Dr.
