I was concerned with an unexpected issue with my vision and decided to visit Highlands Optometry to ease my concerns. I was taken right in and Dr. Taylor thoroughly inspected my eyes. He took time to examine and explain what was happening. I left with a sense of calm knowing that Id been looked over from A to Z.Ive been going to Highlands Optometry for over 40 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone there has been super good to me and my family. You might not know anyone on the staff, but you will before you leave. They are awesome !!

Always a great experience! There was a thorough exam using state of the art diagnostic equipment and fortunately very favorable results. Dr. Weberling introduced me to Dr. Long, whom I will see next year. The other staff is always very friendly and helpful...more like family!

I have been a patient of doctor Weberling for somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 years. Every time I go for an examination or even if Ive broken an arm on my glasses its always is a pleasant experience. His staff is so courteous and eager to help in whatever way they can they are the epitome of kindness and professionalism. Dr. Weberling his self is a wealth of knowledge and also courteous kind and considerate, never rushes always willing to engage in conversation. He will surely be missed by all who know s him.

I’ve been here multiple times over the years and every single time I’m there I am treated so well. The doctors are great and thorough, and provide all the time needed to answer any questions you may have. They never seem to overbook, so I’ve not waited in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. I had to take my 5 year old son yesterday for his first eye exam so he went in pretty nervous but quickly warmed up and said he actually had fun and can’t wait to go back. Everyone is just so warm and friendly. He saw Dr. Taylor, and he was so good with my son, I was so impressed!

I’ve been going to Dr. Weberling for quite some time now and I’ve always been happy with my experiences. I’ve worn corrective lenses of some sort for 30+ years and been through a number of optometrists and he is my favorite. The staff are always super friendly, kind, and patient. Wonderful staff and very welcoming. They explain each of the aspects of the exam. Dr Weber lung is gentle and explains the pictures of your eye. He will be greatly missed as he retires.

Non sarcastically, I love all the text appointment reminders. Now that my daughter is old enough to go too, theres appointments every where that I have to remember, so its helpful to have those reminders with name and date and location. Keep sending them, even up the frequency.

Got into appointed time under 5-min late. That is excellent compared to a doctors 1 hour wait after appt time. All employees were professional and nice.Eye glass lady was knowledgeable and helpful for my eye glass order.Sorry to see Dr. Weberling retire. He has done a great job of taking care of my vision for many, many years. He will be missed. He usually had the latest technology for eye care compared to his competitors. I feel confident his replacements will operate at the high levels he has established.

Used to be a great Eye Doctor a couple years ago! The front staff office (ladys) were very rude and not understanding when I gave my insurance info, instead they would rather argue with a complete stranger that could pay for the whole visit in full with cash. Was not very cooperative and made me very very mad. Will not be going back due to their rudeness and lack of knowledge on a simple computer and insurance I figured they dealt with on a daily basis. May need to go receive some extra knowledge or possibly school, if thats possibe, and definitely personal people skills.

Dr. Patel is a very sweet, confident, gentle and compassionate Doctor. She was very informative and did a thorough examination of my eyes both times I visited her. She was extremely patient with me and listened to my needs and concerns, giving me plenty of time to discuss my worries. The front desk staff are super nice and so very friendly. I highly recommend this Doctor and this office!!

I’m from out of town and I needed contact lens to continue our long drive to Texas comfortably. I called several places to see if they had the type of lens I needed but no luck. At last I found Dr. Weberling & Associates who were so sweet and very professional!

I started going to this office about a year ago. The staff is very friendly! I was fitted for contacts last September and my eye sight changed very quickly so I had to go back to them in the beginning of April to get it checked. They did not charge me since it had been less than a year since my contact fitting and I am going to be able to trade in the rest of my contacts for free since I havent opened them. They have been very accommodating and I highly recommend this office!

Great, friendly, professional staff. I had Lasik surgery done a few years ago with Dr. Weberling as my primary eye doctor which I still go to for all my exams. I absolutely loved having the Lasik surgery done, made a huge difference. I would highly recommend going to them.

Frames were some what out of my price range. And person helping me with my frames could have been more helpful. More knowledgable.. But other than that. I was never uncomfortable at anytime during my visit.

Had a few issues with some of the staff, as one broke my frame and then wanted to stick me paying full price for a replacement frame. Seems, staff takes it upon themselves to decide if and when a patient can have a discount on frame/services. I dont like the fact frames are not priced so its unknown if 2 people are paying the same price for the same frame.I discussed issues with Dr. Webberling who willingly wanted to correct the issues caused by his staff.Not sure if I would go back for future frames but so glad the doctor stepped up and make things right.

Grateful to Dr. Frechette for such a thorough exam despite my young age. He found an issue that could have cost me permanent vision damage within hours. He referred me to specialist who performed surgery right away to correct it. An issue not normally found in my age group, for which testing could have easily been overlooked and deemed not necessary at the time. Thank you Dr. Frechette; I highly recommend you!
