Our experience with Dermatology Associates has always been exceptional. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and so helpful in every situation.There is almost no wait time because they are always prepared for your visit. We have had opportunity to use both the diagnostic and surgical unit of the clinic and have been very pleased in all respects. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has need of any of their services.

Amazing customer / patient services. I was 20 minutes late, due to a delay at a prior engagement. They saw me despite my tardiness. Diane Ball was very professional and her expertise put me at ease from the get-go. She removed a growth I had on my face. No pain whatsoever. This clinic gets two thumbs up from me.

Dermatology Associates has caring doctors and Physicians Assistants who give very thorough exams. The doctors and PA’s take their time explaining situations related to your specific skin problems. I have nothing but praise for the staff who have been taking care of me since 2012.

My appointment was timely and as scheduled. I liked Dr. Ramsauer very much. She was knowledgeable with a nice bedside manner and a nice personality. I will visit her again.

Staff are very professional, courteous & pleasant. Office seems to run efficiently, without wasting time nor effort, but does not seem rushed nor inattentive. Met Dr. Ramsauer for first time at this visit for follow-up of a minor dermatologic issue. She is also very pleasant and professional and appears to be an excellent addition to the Dermatology Associates medical staff.

Moved here from Charlotte NC after having skin cancer surgery. Needed to have follow up and found Dermatology Associates to be the place. I did my due diligence as far as reviews and procedures done there and quality of physicians. Couldn’t have found a better facility. Also needed to have another small procedure while I was there. Excellent in all aspects. From the “COVID” entry to the finished appointment. Very happy.

Dr. Ramsour and Rachel were very thorough with my visit. Repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Rachel was very knowledgeable and gave me precise answers. Both were very friendly.

Drove my mom 80 miles round trip from mtn cty to Bristol for an appointment only for them to tell her they dont accept her insurance anymore. 2 weeks before when I made the appointment they told me the insurance was fine, I was more than upset with these people and they never even apologized for it..they were rude so I didnt leave without giving them a peice of my mind. I dont recommend this place to anyone!!

Very lovely facility! The lovely doctor I saw was very understanding and no judgement at all! 10 out of 10! They helped me figure out what types of lotion and skin care I needed to start doing! I feel like I know my skin on a personal level now hahaha

We have been using Dermatology for several years, and as always our experience today was the best! Our Doctor and Nurse on this visit were great . . . very professional, mixed with good patient relationship! I arrived on time and waited in my car after calling to admission. Soon I was inside with my temperature being taken and then sent on to waiting area. I produced my ID and insurance and in a few minutes was called into an office. A very pleasant nurse asked pertinent questions and then Dr. Radack came in. He was also friendly and nice, but in a professional manner. He did a bi-opsy and explained that procedure. and the after care. All in all it was a very thorough and beneficial experience and I like the nurse and Dr. Radack.

I was referred because my PCP wasnt sure of my dx. First off, you have to call to let them know youre in the parking lot so you can come into your appt. Then you get Covid screened; this is a bit of a hassle, but it goes quickly. Check in was relatively fast but I still had to wait 20mins to see the doctor. They assigned me Dr. Radack; I was not impressed by his bedside manner and I felt he was very condescending with my medical knowledge. He didnt listen to what I had to say and had his own dx before getting biopsy results. Why do a biopsy if youre already set on that dx?? I have a rash, btw. He then proceeded to tell me that I probably need allergy testing, follow ups, blah blah blah. Im a healthy, active adult that takes one daily medication for anxiety, thats it. Im very disappointed in the way the physician treated me and I wont be back. I feel the practice is more interested in keeping you coming back vs actually getting you better.

I would give them 0 stars. Denise was my dr she told me the bottom of the hand was the hardest to remove warts, she burned my warts& nothing happened to the large ones, had to wait a month to see her again bc no dr would spray them. Had to work the next week and they would not help. Do not go to this place

Greeted at the door by check-in nurse for temp check. Nice not to have to handle the doors. Check in was easy and wait time very short. The staff was courteous, and my examiner Jennifer Barnham was thorough. She answered all my questions. Checkout was also easy. I like going here for dermatological issues.

The staff and doctors are great. Everyone was kind and caring. I had a minor procedure done and I was in and out within a half hour. The doctor explained things so I would understand rather than medical vocabulary. I would highly recommend Dermatology Associates to anyone who reads this

I wish everyone I deal with would be as efficient and thorough; at Dermatology Associates it starts with the front office reminder of appointments, check-in by friendly and efficient personnel; escorted to exam room (right on time) by attending nurse who reviewed the file, asked pertinent questions and made notes for the physician; Dr Mader followed with the exam, explanation of treatment and listened to concerns. Departed with a promise of a follow-up for future appointments and a friendly wish for a good day by the front office personnel.

After 17 years in the Florida sun my skin needs professional attention pretty frequently now that Im in my late 40s. The doctors and staff at Dermatology Associates have always done a great job for me and have been friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my visit as always. Everyone was wearing a mask and the waiting room was marked off with certain chairs to sit so there was not a whole lot of patients in the lobby. Of course I got my usual great care from Diana Ball. She is the best.

Even with the Covid-19 restrictions for social distancing I had a very short wait. Once inside there was another short wait and then Denise Whitfield did the usual great job checking me out and taking care of the few issues I have. Everyone was professional as always.

The admission process was quick and easy. Wait time was minimal. I had several pre cancerous spots frozen, was given good instructions and was overall happy with the visit.

The staff here are very friendly and my wait time wasnt too long. The dermatologist was very thorough, which was really good! I have a lot of moles that need to be checked yearly. Unfortunately, I did have to have one removed for a biopsy; however, it wasnt too painful. They gave me plenty of documentation on what to look for in my moles, how to prevent skin damage, and how to treat the area where they removed the mole.

Very caring about my problem took the time and answered my questions made sure i knew how to take care of my problem. They are awesome

It was a positive experience. The only thing I would have liked is if they could have given me a specific amount of the charges before leaving. They do not take my insurance so as a cash client, it would be better for me to know rather than wait. I was there for a mole check only.

I was examined by Dr. Rash and his assistant Emily Shelburne in a thorough and professional manner. A small biopsy was removed from my arm and sent to the pathologist. I will be notified in a timely fashion if the biopsy reveals a pre-cancerous growth. I left the examining room with the impression that Dr. Rash and Emily Shelburne are knowledgeable and dedicated medical professionals who have my best interests in skin care at heart.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The only problem I had was having my appointment time at 8:10a.m. so I could get to work and having to wait almost 30 minutes to be seen.

All attendants were friendly and professional. Dr. Rash quickly assessed my problem, gave me options, and treated me. My appointment was at 8:00 and I was out of the door around 8:23!
