Was misdiagnosed with a bone bruise only in my knee…found Dr.Cucka for a second option and quickly diagnosed me with the meniscus tear, schedule and did surgery timely and recovery has been great . Finally can run again !

Today around lunch time, I interrupted my work to pick up my daughter in the school and visit the office of Dr. Cucka in Bristol, CT. When I arrived there, I was unexpectedly received by him with very unpolite, rude tone, taking extremely loud and upset for our visit. I felt insulted for the way he treated us. Between many things, he asked irritated for a good reason to see him today, although I was going there to pay for a medical service. I felt in the position of an employee been insulted by a very bad/horrible boss (maybe he does such things there, but I am not his employee). I was astonished for the very unrespectful way he talked to us and simply do not plan to go there ever again.Dr. Cucka removed a boot from the leg of my daughter one week ago but she is still in pain and does not want to walk. The estrange part is that the injury was in her leg but she was now complaining about pain in her ankle. Although I recognize Dr. Cucka said that the recovery may take up to two weeks, I never thought that he meant to do not disturb him by any reason before the two weeks passed.I am a son of a medical doctor and I should say that Dr Cucka may provide good medical advice but during his time in college he did not learn to treat patients politely nor basics on business or professional interpersonal communications.
