As I was going into the office I saw a lady crying. I couldnt help but ask why and she didnt hesitate to tell me all about it and she had just left the office of Dr. Brasfield of Tri Cities Spine. I wont reveal the details but it was all the fault of the doctors office. I had my appointment with Dr. Brasfield and proceeded to check in and do paperwork. The office staff were busy and I had a few questions. The staff of the office eventually through about 45 minutes of waiting and trying to do everything they wanted had me frustrated. Thet asked me to do something and I said not today and they became very forceful and threatening. I didnt feel welcome there and suddenly became very angry that they wanted to force me to do something now or that I would have to reschedule and then do what they wanted or never see the doctor. As bad as I needed to see the doctor and as bad as I hated to drive 2.5 hours back home I left right then. The office staff just lost another patient due to their rudeness and their lack of human decency. I dont want to see a doctor that allows his staff to treat people like trash! You always have to go through the staff to get to the doctor and in an emergency it is imperative to get help quickly. The staff at this office is driving away patients and the doctor allows this??? I met someone who had a horrible experience and then I ended up walking out and driving 2.5 hours home just to avoid the stress and overbearing staff. I dont need negativity like that when just down the road there are other doctors and staff that treat people with kindness and respect. Nobody should have to be harassed while in pain and seeking relief, its a shame that things like this happen.
