World Class Box!!I had the pleasure of working out with the folks at Crossfit Salvo while on a business trip to the area. This is a world-class facility with a great group of members and coaches. I was very well taken care of and had a great workout and a great time. I highly recommend this box for travelling Crosffiters. They made me feel like I was one of them.

I joined CrossFit Salvo back in August when it opened (well a few days later because i was on vacation) I felt welcomed by the trainers and the current members. I love it there. The coaches really take the time and effort to get to know you. They focus on everyone and try to help them progress they fitness levels. I love it!

No frills gym, but clean and economical. Its not that crowded either.

Great coaches who are super supportive! It’s a welcoming atmosphere and a fun place to be!

Love, love, love Cross fit Salvo...I came in way over weight, and through great coaching and a little hard work I was able to drop 25lbs in 2 months...now Im back in some of the best shape of my life...couldnt have done it with out the great team at Cross fit Salvo
