Worst hospital I have ever been to… patient care and caring about people in general just doesn’t exist any more…

If you care about your self worth at all do not go in here. I walk in with excruciating pain and all I get was a referral to a pcp than a surgeon. I was disregarded, belittled and made to feel like my pain level 8 was just silly. Dr. ORourke needs to find another career that does not require him talking to human beings and the nurses need to stop channeling his lack of empathy and care. It was the worst ER visit Ive ever had.. DO NOT GO THERE

If you love your family member who has surgery planned here - do NOT leave their side post op at this facility.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ER!!!! Especially with childrenWorst customer service. Horrible financial services. Questionable care.We had a rough night/morning and needed to take our child to this ER. Her symptoms were a fever but didnt want to risk anything. Our treatment at this facility was brief, there only a few hours. They tested her for two viruses which were negative and we left. I wont even comment further on the fact that multiple medical professionals stated one of the tests was unnecessary. The bills for the tests were all less than $100 but they coded her as an extremely high level meaning she was a risky patient and added a few thousand dollars on our bill. The doctors did nothing but take a temp and take two simple samples for a test. We asked to get this coding explained, multiple employees said it was odd and gave us nothing. If you want to go into debt a few thousand dollars, walk through their front door and youll have it before you even see anyone.

More concerned with their contracts with labs then the well being of people I HIGHLY!!!! recommend NOT GOING HERE unless your on the verge of death but even then it may be worth taking a few extra minutes and going to another place in the area, they may send ya there anyway for labs cuz they have a contract with certain labs that prevents you from getting the proper care you deserve... Some staff there will tell you theyd like to see you ill if you had an issue with their contracts, and business bias overriding the well being of the community.

Great experience. I am in some serious pain (punched nerve in the neck causing an ache from hell) The doctor listen to me and didnt do any unnecessary testing. My insurence was not excepted at there pharmacy but the prices for the medications I needed where reasonable. I would recommend this hospital. I found it to have a caring staff.

If you have little ones dont bother calling/coming here the emergency security hes VERY RUDE with the little ones. No respect for the kids at all. Never bring my kids here. I would just give them negative stars
