They wanted to over charge a procedure that wasn’t needed! Lied about me having a lot cavities, we went to another dentist and I just needed a cleaning! Do not let them scam you!

I came here because of the good reviews. I only had two cavities which never bothered me at all I’ve had for years and after I got them fixed at this place my Molars are now ruined, I cannot chew on that side at all they hurt if I do and are super sensitive to the point were water even touches and hurts. I came back twice and explained my issue. At first they told me they were just too tall and they sanded it down and second time another dentist couldn’t figure out why and told me it might be my wisdom. (I don’t have any wisdom on that side) so sad I had this happen to me I wish I would have never came here.

Great staff and friendly service. Really trust this dentist office and they really seem to care about me as an individual. Hard to find all this nowadays. Strongly Recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr Alex Garcia. It took quite a bit of work to get my tooth pulled but he did a fantastic job. I didnt even feel any pain the following day. The prices are on the high side but I guess that goes with anything nowadays. Definitely good work done.

Super Great & Friendly Office. Highly knowledgeable staff (Dentist, Techs, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists!!) You all ROCK - you made todays experience amazing - very respectful and fun: going to the dentist makes me anxious due to my childhood experiences (I am now 50 and still working through the guilt and shame I was made to feel as a kid with cavities then needed braces). Today has forever improved and helped me on my path to leave the past behind - I am SOOOO happy to have found this group and never plan on changing dentists!!! Thank You for being amazing at what you do, I am looking forward to my next cleaning - I am shocked to feel this way!

In a word: yikes. This was my worst dental experience ever and made my dental phobia even worse. Dr. McLean was really cool at my first appointment where we discussed extracting a tooth and putting in an implant down the line. When I came back for the second appointment to remove the tooth, he didnt act like the same doctor. He didnt seem to care for my comfort at all. He was rough, didnt explain anything, and acted like I wasnt even there. No sedation was offered or discussed. No aftercare instructions were sent home. Some questionable choices were made by the dentist and not discussed with me (non-dissolving stitches, which the clinic I have now moved to said was uncommon). I wont even be coming back to get my stitches out - Im transferring to another dentist and never coming back. Additionally, the office was horrifically loud because some lady brought her baby with her and let it scream for an hour when it wasnt even a patient. This place is way overpriced for the way they treat patients. Save yourself a nightmare and go literally anywhere else. They have all the newest tech and its easy to schedule with them, but thats where the advantages end.

Just had my New Patient Exam and Dental Cleaning with Dr. Mclean and Melissa and my visit not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I have a background in dental both clinical and administrative, so my expectations differ from most patients. The exam and cleaning was very thorough and the team was very friendly and knowledgeable. So glad to find my new dental home!

The absolute BEST dentist I ever been too. The staff is always so nice, and its so easy to schedule appoints and adjust them. The Dentist Ian is one of the most Knowledgeable dentists I ever met! The Hygienist are also amazing they always remember you and pick up conversations from where they left off.

Lost an old crown a couple days ago, this office got me in quickly. Im a serious tech nerd, and it takes a lot to impress me.This place impressed me. I have never been to a dentist with the level of tech advancements this office has.I hate going to the dentist because of the multiple visits, the goo trays, blah blah. This place is none of that.In and out with a permanent crown in 3 hours (hour break while crown was milled in house), and no return visit for this issue.Place is pretty cool, give em a visit!

Poor service and no sense of patient experience. Im still here after an hour and havent even seen a dentist. Does my time not mean as much as yours?*update*Turns out, no it does not. I gave this business a second chance and even with the first appointment of the day I still spent 20 minutes waiting past my appointment time outside without speaking to anyone. Absolutely shameful service.

I use to like this place but more and more after my last visit feel like maiby need to change my dentist after 2 years ....service first was great and the doctors was very friendly and great but now I feel more and more like they just want your money and they dont listen your needs and is pretty expensive in comparation with another places

Had a great experience here. Lots of smiles and very friendly. I have used several of their affiliates and will continue to have them work on my teeth. I couldn’t find a same day appointment at the location down the street from my house but their different locations all worked together to find me something close to my house. Top notch.

The dentists were very kind and considerate and I felt that they did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. They answered every question I had for them and told me what they were doing whenever they did anything different so that I wasnt confused or scared about what was going on. I really felt like I was cared for in the proper way, I would definitely recommend.

I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Usually the dentist gives me anxiety but this was by far the most at ease Ive felt in a dentist chair! Everything was clean and TV on the chair was a nice touch! I definitely will be making the commute back to this team!

I scheduled an appointment with this office. When I showed up they said that I wasnt on the schedule. The lady at the desk sent me to a completely different dentist office up the street. Luckily the dentist they sent me to was willing to work me into the schedule.

I highly recommend Dentists of Brighton. I was provided excellent customer care and service from start to finish. All of the staff members are incredibly kind, helpful and informative. I normally despise going to the dentist, but all of my experiences at this location have been wonderful.

Wife wanted to try a dentist office close to home. Never been to a dentist in all my life.Went there and loved the place. They have 2 sides. Adult side and kids side. Right now tho the kid side is opened 2 times a month as they dont have a full time doctor yet.Definitely recommend.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try. Everyone was very nice and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Ian McLean is the most thorough dentist Ive ever seen. There might be a little but of a wait getting seen but its only cause he takes his time with each patient which I truly appreciate. No one likes a dr that rushes and doesnt listen or care. Unlike other dentists Ive seen, he didnt try to find ridiculous amounts of things wrong with my teeth to try and make more money. He only talked about the most important things that needed fixing. He also did the teeth cleaning himself. Other dentist offices Ive been to, the dentist didnt do the cleaning, it was the assistant or someone else. Their prices also didnt seem too overly outrageous. I left my appointment feeling happy that after 7 years of living in the area, I finally found a dentist Ill go back to.
