Great and friendly staff. They offered a very in depth look I to what was causing my back pain. After 2 sessions I feel like my old self again!

Called in to get checked out. pricing went from $130 plus $45 for follow ups to $250 and $75 for follow ups after they found out I was in a car accident. Clearly trying to take advantage of peoples insurance. When I explained to the person on the phone I would not be going through insurance nor did I have medical insurance the person said “Oh, well that’s to bad ,I guess you’ll be paying the $250 out of pocket then.” It is frankly appalling to me that a company would gouge potentially new clients simply because of the way in which they were injured.I will not recommend this place to anyone. Dishonesty/greed, in the medical field should not be tolerated.

Dr Zach is great. Awesome personality along with good listener and knows his stuff. Made shoulder feel awesome when nobody else could! Dont be a dummy feel better go to thrive.

Friendly, clean, helpful....this is the best chiropractor! Highly recommended! Ive gone there during pregnancy and recovery and general back issues. They cover it all!

These guys are awesome and I wouldn’t be able to function in my daily life with out them! Dr.Zach keeps me on my feet and able to go work both my jobs and live a better life!

It was my first time back in a while & still great experience. Jennifer is amazing and very friendly. Saw Dr. Zach for the first time. He was incredible, helpful, friendly and understanding. I am very careful about any medical services I get done but I highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing staff..very comfortable atmosphere. Dr Powell is the best. Kind, caring, doesnt make you feel rushed. Highly recommend! Yes there is a wait at times but they also will take the time with you too.

After reading some others reviews and Thrives website, I was ready to fall in love. Unfortunately, I didnt have a good experience with the practice and I cant recommend it.The adjustments provided at this practice do feel good in the moment, but they didnt help the pain that brought me in. The staff and doctors main goal seems to be getting patients on a long-term plan that requires lots of visits over an indefinite time period, rather than efficiently addressing patients concerns.My specific condition didnt seem to guide my course of treatment. Instead, I felt a standard treatment was applied to me, most of which was not necessary. After several appointments where I reported that my initial complaints hadnt changed, the staff and doctor seemed to think I wasnt being honest and that I MUST be improving, even if I didnt know it.If you are looking for periodic chiropractic adjustments to integrate into your lifestyle because thats your jam, you might be very happy with this practice. However if you have a specific concern or condition that you want treated, I recommend looking elsewhere for a doctor who will really listen to you and make you a part of the treatment strategy.One other thing to be aware of is that this practice has several patient tables in a sort of open-air, cubicle environment. You will be adjusted within sight and hearing of other patients, not in a private exam room. This didnt really bother me, but I could see people being put off by it.The initial visit is ~$150 and subsequent adjustments are ~50.

With my condition Ive been dealing with, after the Visits, and the recommendation after the visits. My spine doesnt feel any better. I feel the the doctors here visits to fast, and go your Mary Way. It doesnt work for me to spend alot of money for these 5 minute visits, expected to have better results. Honestly Im sure if I recommend this place.

I have been to many Chiropractors and Dr Chad is the best I have ever seen. He can just look at your posture and know what is going on with you. I read the one critical review listed here and all I can say is What garbage. I have always been treated with respect by everyone in this office. The professionalism (with the whole staff is amazing.

Our family has been going to this facility for years. We miss Chad and Gina, but feel that Nathan and Zach are doing a wonderful job for our family. We would not go anywhere else and have referred family and friends who need chiropractic care to include those visiting us from out of town. No one that we have referred has ever had a bad experience here.

As a long time Chiropractic patient, I am very impressed with the techniques and the knowledge that I receive at Thrive Chiropractic. I feel I am staying more aligned and my muscles are adjusting to the new balanced alignment with each adjustment. I have felt it easier to become comfortable and sleep well at nights too. I work behind the computer a lot and feel more ease in my shoulders making it easier to work more efficiently and longer when needed. Really fantastic doctors and staff! Super friendly, and they really care about your well being. Unlike some chiropractors, they arent going to lie to you to get you in there every week. They arent going to try and sell you a membership with monthly fees.

I went in with severe lower back pain due to a pinched nerve, revealed in the x-ray. The staff is very kind and through in processing to ensure proper care! I have been going for approximately two weeks now and have almost no pain due to the excellent care provided by the staff and doctors!

Have been going to Thrive Chiropractic and Wellness for the last several years. Great experience! Their office is professional yet very friendly. I was having issues with a pinched nerve now my back is so much better. My husband has arthritis in his hands and feet and Dr. Chad (Dr. Powell) has helped him regain the use of his hands through his treatments which has lessoned the pain. They are truly interested in your well being.

Dr. Roberts is an incredible clinician. She treats all sorts of musculoskeletal conditions and will take the time to get to the root of the issue. I would send my grandmother to him!

I was very sad Dr. Gentilini was leaving but my experience so far with Dr. Zach has been awesome. My husband and I had nothing but great things to say about him after our last adjustment. We really liked his style and way of adjusting. We will continue being customers here for sure!

Initially I really loved this place, and they were doing good work to improve my back. Then, in July of last year, I was in a car accident, and they refused to take me back as a patient, because they “did not want to involve themselves in auto accident litigation”.I told them that I had no intention of litigating- that I just wanted to get back to my regular visit schedule, and they told me they would see me again, but only at nearly double the original prices that I had been paying, because my situation now involved an auto accident: $250 for new x-rays and consult (the first time it had been $90), and ongoing visits would become $75 instead of $45.This place went from being five star to one star because of their opportunism. Use at your own risk.

I have been going to Dr. Gentilini for several years for various needs. She and her staff listen to my needs, and she has always been able to work out whatever ailment I have had at the time. Ive recommended her to several of my friends and would not hesitate to do that again.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Gentilini for over 10+ years. She has helped us with everything from growing pains, low back pain, tennis elbow and so much more. She is the first doctor that we turn to when we have something going on or just need to stay aligned. The office is always welcoming and friendly. I was in BAD pain with lower back problems. Dr. Gina did a great job getting me to the point where Im pain free virtually 100% of the time. Ive been to a couple other chiropractors, but none of them helped me or seemed to have the knowledge the way Thrive did.

Took my fiance in for an examination and an adjustment , dropped her off and was told to pick her up in 1 hour. I was called by my fiance 10 minutes later saying I had to pick her up because they refused her service. When I called to find out why she was refused service they told me someone like her was not a good fit for their office. I asked if she gave them any attitude they said no they would only say she was not a good fit and they told me to take her somewhere down the road to get an adjustment because they only want long term clients.

Bulged a disc once and didnt know Chad saved my back from surgery.......enough said
