My mom has lived at Inglenook for 15 months. We are delighted with the loving care and concern she receives from the entire staff. We have had some bumps along the way (nothing is perfect, right?) but have worked through each one with a willing and dedicated administrative staff. Ive noticed a difference with the new Executive Director who is visible and accessible and has made physical and climate changes in the building. Although COVID-19 has impacted the recreational opportunities, Inglenook has thoughtfully and carefully put into place wonderful activities and have kept the staff and residents as physically safe and mentally healthy as possible during this difficult time. They even care about their koi pond fish... Just yesterday, they were preparing a new, large aquarium to safely house their fish during the winter months!

My sister has been at Inglenook for nearly 3 years. The staff is so wonderful to her. She has made so many friends and enjoys the activities. I appreciate all the protection provided during the pandemic. I am so grateful to the entire Inglenook family for making it such a terrific place for my sister and all her new friends.

Loves and hugs to our Inglenook family. I can not express my feelings enough about the wonderful, dedicated, and loving staff that decorate their devotion throughout Inglenook. My heart and gratitude is with the entire Inglenook family.Thank you for loving my daddy and being the best of the best. The building may be old and has a few scratches but homes full of love do too. There is nothing better than the feeling of a good, lived in home full of people that love you as their own family.

My father has lived at Inglenook for 5 years and his quality of life has increased as a result. He has developed friendships with other residents that give him more social contact. He no longer has to worry about preparing food for himself now that he receives three good meals a day. And the nursing staff has been a life-saver as he transitioned to assisted living and needed more support. In addition, he gets daily stimulation from the activities provided (he especially loves Bingo) and transportation to medical appointments. I am very satisfied with the care he receives and highly recommend Inglenook at Brighton!

Its pretty interesting how all the negative reviews of this place magically disappear. They dont want potential residents to see how people really feel about this place. Over crowded, under staffed. Residents dont receive the care that they PAY for. Constant medication errors. Negligence. You couldnt pay me to put my loved one in this facility. Please due your due diligence and research before making decisions that will affect your loved ones quality of life.

Wow, all I can say about Inglenook At Brighton is WOW. My father has been a resident there for about 3 years. We have seen many changes, and all for good. Their Executive Director Staci is so personable and friendly, my father refers to her as the nice boss. Inglenooks nurse Ralph is also highly regarded and respected for being a no nosense yet compassionate and friendly man Inglenook staff take their time to explain my fathers care and needs in a manner that anyone can understand. I would give them 2 thumbs, 5 Stars, and a high five for all they do to make my father feel at home and loved. You will not go wrong, its the best place I could have ever dreamed of!

This place is overpriced, understaffed and just plain dark and dreary. One star is generous, but thats the minimum allowed! Found a brand new facility in Thornton with amazing staff, beautiful, spacious apartments with everything included (phone, heat, a/c, internet and cable) for LESS than the Inglecrook folks charge. The director and her sidekick nurse are a joke. The director (Staci) seldom leaves her office and does not even acknowledge the residents if she happens to step out of her office. The LPN is not someone I allowed to be with my family member after reading his troubled past on DORA. The owner of Inglenook showed lack of concern when issues were brought to their attention. There toilets are free standing and there are no grab bars or places for grab bars and the toilet in front of the shower makes for a narrow and unsafe entrance into the stall. There is no a/c-oh, except for a window unit in the bedroom, which doesnt cool of the rest of the apartment and and leaves the bedroom too cold. There are no overhead lights in any of the apartments. The hallways have institutional, dirty looking carpeting that cover dangerously uneven floors and halls that have (odd inclines and declines all over). There is nothing nice or comfortable about this place. Nothing. It was completely stressful having my family member at Inglenook. I highly urge you to look around! You can find a much nicer place with staff who like their jobs and are respectful and kind. While no assisted living facility is cheap there are better facilities that ease the pain of paying thousands monthly! Please do your homework and look around. You are kidding yourself if you think you have a good reputation in the senior community. Staci, now that you are no longer employed with Inglenook, ask around-see how reputable of a facility you ran. My hope is with the new administrator, Inglenook will only improve.
